Quiet and soft forest sounds or birds chirping.
The ocean sounds are calming. Maybe birds softly chirping or soothing wind sounds.
This channel has helped me in ways I cannot describe and I am SO grateful that your coraline video popped up in my recommended some weeks ago. I was diagnosed with a panic disorder and It’s taken me YEARS to try to get to the bottom of my incessant racing thoughts and anxiety symptoms as soon as my head was hitting the pillow. I tried everything.. intensive therapy, meditation, sleeping pills, etc. nothing worked. to think something as simple as a bedtime story would do the trick! insane.

The Little Mermaid has always been my favorite princess and story.. Since I was 4, now I'm 38..almost 39 believe it or not and this is the best I have ever heard of this story, it's the way you narrate it and the waves sound so nice. I have insomnia, my inner child is so delighted for all of these stories! Thank you!!!

I discovered this channel when trying to find something to help my toddler relax at night. It has been the most amazing thing for him, and bonus he gets extra stories read to him while he’s sleeping
That's so cute! I started to mix in more children's literature once I heard people were listening to the pod with young ones, so I try to keep these options mixed in with the classic and older stuff!

The waves aren't good for me because I can't stand listening to something on a loop. Within just a few minutes, all i can hear is the background noise and can't focus on the voice. Everyone is different but it kinda gives me anxiety, having background noise. Love to hear you read tho. Your voice is soothing.

My phone isn’t loud enough for your voice it’s crazy. I would love to hear this perfect at night. Maybe it’s my phone but just being honest maybe try lowering the background noise just a little bit I feel it over powers your voice sometimes. Other than that I love these stories it’s a nightly ritual in my house hahah even my dogs hear it and they know it’s bed time

Lovely story but for me the waves were a bit too loud and A bit distracting l love the readings as rely on the readings to get through the night without too much pain medication
