Ive used centerpoint binaural beats for 20 years and seen great changes. However, this frequency blew my mind. After using it I feel almost dissociated and strangely high. After falli g asleep with it on repeat I had what could almost be described as a dark night of the soul. Constant dreaming, hot, etc. This morning I awoke and feel great. 3 hours later and the slightly dizzy high is still present. Maybe my years of centerpoint have primed me to frequencies but the result of my casual encounter with 111hz is still amazing me as I write. Icame across 111hz by accident.

I started chanting (Runes) and found out (with a android app) that my natural frequence to chant is 111hz ( sometimes 123hz and 129hz, but mostly 111hz).
I have got a tuning fork at 111hz, well thats great for direct application for your Body, especially on the bones. I was searching for an youtube vid to enhane my chanting.

When I was young, I often went to the beach and spent hours under water. Sometimes swimming, sometimes floating. When I was floating I felt very relaxed, and sometimes I would cry and release pent up emotion. Only this year did I realize what I was doing was meditating, and I know now that it helped me a lot as a child. Now that I have researched meditation, I have returned to it. This frequency is similar to the sound and feel of the lake I was in. To me it's incredible and I hope many more people will experience what I have.

I do a mantra almost everyday. Once doing the mantra I recognised a special vibration in my body unlike before. It just felt right and more vibrating than before. I took my smartphone and checked the frequency on my spectrometer app. It was 111hz. After that I repeated the frequence check several times. After some months I could see the 111hz was my favourite and most frequent frequency to chant in resonating harmony. Then I googled for the 111hz and I was astouned to recognise that It is so much more than my individual fovourite frequency to do my spiritual routine.

I was curious what frequency my natural Aum was (from chanting in yoga class) so I checked it in an oscilloscope and it is 111hz. I never knew about the significance of this frequency. It’s kind of cool because I can easily chant along to this. It will be good for meditation (and hopefully healing because there is a lot of darkness around me right now😞)

Speak with the names of the chakras..i guess you refer to the heart chakra..we have different systems and techniques and the most of them have the old knowledge of the 7 major chakras..but for others the main chakras are 11..so the 4th etc differs from system to system

This took me to a parched desert. And there waa a single dried up tree. I could see the dry sand for miles. So dry it lookes like scales. And the sun was in the west shining ever so bright. Best meditation i ever. experianced. I was hovering over the desert.

Ive started a picture folder of how many times 11 & 111/ 1111 , also 55, and 555 keep following on a day to day more & more ive started keeping a track record of this to show as proof that this just cant be by accident there are some things that we very well CANNOT see that is existing beyond the current sense that many may try and use to make sense out of such evidence

Once the foundational teaching have been mastered we can rise out of our bodies to ride these frequencies and achieve unity of heaven man and earth.

It took about 20 minutes but then I got a sudden feeling of deep calm. I wasn't sure if it wasn't just mumbo-jumbo but it definitely had a huge and positive effect on me.
