My guess is, if the House approves the amended bill early enough on Tuesday, then President Biden will most likely sign the bill into law late Tuesday night. If so, the first wave of direct deposits will then go out by this weekend.
The IRS can't even send people tax refund on time. I still haven't received my refund and many others haven't either. I hate to see how things go when its time to send out stimulus.... Damn shame
