Excellent video. But, if I may, it could have been better. A closee look at specific pieces of red brass in terms of understanding general rules of what types of pieces to look for as red brass. It appears very old faucets, water pump housings, old plumbing elbowes and fittings, old commercial/ind plumbing valves? Anything else? A deeper dive into specifics here would help a great deal. Sort of like the detail one would give a new employee in a scrap yard being trained at your brass sort table. Thanks.
Really nice video now changing the subject a little bit should I separate my motor copper from electric copper or it's the same because motor copper has sometimes some kind of different color thank you
Both can change. Some motors with be aluminum clad, or coated with another material, so they will likely be graded differently than your standard copper wire. If the copper youre pulling from these motors looks different, than its best to keep in separate

What about white brass Tom? A lot of bathroom taps have chrome plated fixtures that filed, have no copper color. But have brass weight.

This is likely die-cast and not a form of brass. Check this video out we did on brass faucets/fixtures
I have certain brass I've cut in half and a magnet is still slightly attracted, that's what's confusing me!
Some brasses can contain iron. I have had candlesticks from India that were irony brass. Not sure how they classify that.
