Jeremiah was the only character that really is dangerous , he showed up once and did what most villains couldn't even do , he destroyed gothem and ruled it in the dark waiting for bruce .. his real goal XD
I have to say, Jeremiah as the proto Joker was straight up O.G...and much more like what Heath Ledger's version has given us as an expectation for how he *should* be played. He was right..he was way more dangerous than his brother, bc he was intelligent,and calculating. way, way more a psychopath...for me..Jerome was a sociopath.
Let's not forget that a) Jerome made him like that, who sprayed crazy gas on him and b) he ruled for a short time and really couldn't do anything, while Jerome kept all of Gotham (and even Arkham) at bay, and for many years
