I’m 67… been a follower of Christ since 1980. I need the Holy Spirit to renew & refresh me. Because right now I feel like a turtle that wants to hide in my shell away from the world / people.
“Like a “dove” or ascended in physical spirit…Was it a literal Dove or is that figuratively speaking of a physical dove? I take it was figuratively speaking since it translates in multiple ways of scripture -A dove is known as light, gentle and pure, ect instead of saying it was “like” an eagle- as an example -giving us imaginary of -big, a predator, alpha, fighter., ect. Hope it makes sense and I am trying to understand the Bible more in depth and not just superficially. Ty all and TY Mark for all you are doing to teach and encourage Men how to be Real men-through the Holy Spirit. It also helps women to have a role model and blueprint of what a man should be. Especially us women who’s had an absent father! A mother who had a father, but he was not a good husband and she chose and married a man (my father) who was too young and definitely not ready for marriage and a child (me) . Lead to divorce and the “step-father” who was my role model was manipulating and now I have followed in her footsteps and now I have a child a daughter and I am trying to do everything to break the cycle! And you are helping me stay strong! Also, Ty on behalf for single mothers raising sons to not baby their “boys” allow them to grow into sons, young, responsible, respectful men who can turn into great godly fathers to both their sons and daughters, husbands, providers, provider safety-be a lamb at home and a lion when needed!! We need to teach boys to build up testosterone in a positive way!!! Ty Mark!!
I find it interesting when men have a talk about men for men by men There is always at least one woman who will question it However when it's for the women by the woman the men are told to but out!
