Because he has 4% bodyfat I believe. THat alone will make you look older. 20yo bodybuilders when they have no body fat before the show they look 40-50yo... Once they start eat again and their face puffs up they are looking younger again.. But this older look doesn't mean you are unhealthy. I mean there are people like Clint Eastwood who looked old in his 40s and now he is 94yo doing films etc.. Having low body fat is much healthier for males than have excess of body fat. Because body fat converts testosterone into estrogen and that is the reason for enlarged prostate, liver issues etc...
Thomas, this arrogant dude is super odd and unlikable. He speaks like a snake oil salesman. I appreciate the way you handled his awkward comment when you asked if he could still put his ankles behind his head. You asked if he could do it now. He responded with, “yeah, if you’re into that.” What a bizarre way to respond. He’s the one who boasted about still being able to place his ankles behind his head, in the first place. He brought it up. Your question was a sincere expression of amusement, but he took it to a whole different level, to a very strange place-borderline machismo, homophobia, and insecurity. And when he said that, you simply stayed silent, which was the best thing to do in that situation. The pause made him look like the strange person that he is. Know that wasn’t your intention, but it needed to be done. This dude is a total weirdo. And how many times did he have to boast about being on the cover of magazines? 🙄🙄🙄 Very unlikable.

Sleep 6.5 or less is genetic based (DEC2) from the latest research, get what you need 6, 7, 8, 9, your body is pretty good at letting you know how much need.
I can’t find anywhere online to cite that says “if you’re healthy you only need 6.5 hours of sleep. Can someone please reply citing a legitimate source?
Not a source, but im taking cbt-I which is for insomnia, and the program mentioned that people who slept 5.5 hours did better than those who slept 9.5, and that they estimated hunter gatherers slept 6.5. They also state that there is research indicating that 5.5 hours of sleep may be uncomfortable, but it causes no health issues even after months. They stress there is no universal ideal, but that 6.5-7.5 is probably better than the 8 we used to believe as ideal. The program is Stellar sleep.
Sleep is a somewhat individual thing as genetics can change it. Yes, if you're ill you might sleep longer, but let's say you check yourself and you can't really find anything bad and you sleep 5 cycles of 90 minutes and then you feel good and don't need caffeine to stay awake you're perfectly fine. I think so, too. My grandma just turned 100, and she looks 70s. No health issues. I also had a great great aunt who lived to be a little past 100. She had no health issues either. "doing better than some, but not as good as others" she will say. Also, whatever health issue she has, she always states "I have had that since I was a child" . Best way to extend lifespan is accept Jesus Christ into your life. Will extend lifespan eternally 🙏🙌
You live eternally either way. Both heaven and hell are eternal
Beleiving in a person you’ve never met Is not neccessary to make good decisons and be a good human lol
Your God Does Not Exist.
Can I get a amen somebody?! Amen my brother! ❤ That is true 🙌🏾🔥.
Thanks for saying this. If we don’t Love God, nothing else matters❤
What about if your body only let you sleep six hours a day but you’re still exhausted
Need to get labs done and figure out if you are on the correct diet for your body. Rule out any sort of illness or overwhelming stress which might be affecting you. That is my opinion.
That's bad mkay
The 'Blue Zones' are all related in that they have extremely poor record keeping. Someone born in 1930 has 1920 on their legal birth certificate and it gets used over the course of a lifetime and a now impressive 94 year old is...104.
Loma Linda California has poor record keeping 🤣
IDK why i even bothered clicking on this video......never watched asprey speak and came away feeling like it wasnt a a completw waste of my time.....snake oil salesman.
Great vid. Thank you Thomas and Dave.
I don’t agree with what he said about forgiveness.
It seems obvious to me forgiving everyone in your life would contribute to a longer healthier life.
Go Carnivore and WALK
Wow, this guy sucks
Great conversation, Thanks guys! 🤙😎🤙
What is he selling now?
I think I appreciate Asprey's information, still having a hard time with his arrogance.
Dave is supersmart and super unlikable dude. Wouldn't spend a lot of time in his company with pleasure.
Just get everlasting life by believing on the name of the Lord Jesus
This is like taking wellness advice from the Crypt Keeper.
The wages of sin is death.
Why is he wearing rifle shooting glasses?
Because his level of conceit and vanity is off the charts.
This video has nothing but commercials. I am not watching this guy again.
Dave looks great for 65 but he is only 53. I guess chugging modafinal and staying awake 20hrs a day keeps you young
Dude…is blue light ALWAYS bad?
lol
He is certainly not a great advert as he looks way,way older then he claims to be. Unlikable dude.
The least impressive guest so far
Did he say he was shredded??
Usually like your content but this is a infomercial/puff piece 👎👎👎
I noticed he's been getting leaner, but now he's wasting away. He spent a decade kinda pudgy on TRT, selling diet hacks, whatnot and nonsense. Clearly on the semiglutides.
