I had a problem with not being able to edit the points on the shape as it was greyed out as an option. I followed this same process in PowerPoint and when I finished the design, I selected each section and copied it across to Word. It came up larger on screen but I grouped the design and then I was able to crop it down to size. Hope this helps someone!

Double-click the top or bottom edge of a 'page' or one of the page break lines, or Go to Word> Preferences- View to check the White space between pages... check box. Then, Save it as PDF and print it.

Yes you can. You need to adjust the margins. Set margins at top to 2.3 bottom to 1.5 left to 0.8 and right to 0.8.

At 2:55 where you shape the groups when I try to do that it only selects one shape instead of all 3, please help.
To select one shape, click the Shape. To select multiple shapes, press and hold Shift or Ctrl while you click the shapes.
i have made similar letter head. But while printing the artwork outside the margin is not showing.

Save your Word file as a PDF
Group all the pieces together then copy the grouped object abd paste on a new document into its place....they will never fall apart when you email....
