Such a beautiful bungalow! It's so admirable to see you turn that heater off and isolate the water supply Colin. You always show the utmost respect in your explores.
I try to speak to a elderly gentleman daily he goes to a local cafe Monday- Saturday and the staff look after him. I make my own jams and chutney and marmalade, etc cakes & I give them to him.
My stepdad used to grow marrow and give it to an old lady who made wine. She was in her 90s when she passed away. I personally never met the lady but she would call my stepdad the Marrowman because she left a thank you card every time through his letterbox 🤣
Well done for being so respectful and turning the water and electricity off. It was sad seeing all those memories of that family and the house being left to nature. Like you I do hope it was the thief who fell through the ceiling, you never know, hopefully he was badly injured and suffered for a long time. Thank you for uploading.👍🏼
This is a very good day to show an explore. We are all so stressed from the holidays and an abandoned peaceful house fits the bill today. Thank you very much. 💖
Just found your Chanel and I have to say yours is one of best as you are so respectful of the property and the previous owners of the houses. Most wouldn’t bother to turn off the water. Thank you.
With todays technology, no memories will be left, as photos, etc are all online these days. So unlike previous generations when you go so do any memories if you go exploring abandoned places
It amazes me that death certs or rest home occupancy doesn't get notified to councils or utilities to prevent such wastage or fire risk😢. We live in such a failed system 😢 Good on you for taking care of that❤from New Zealand ❤
A true Time Capsule indeed Colin. Wow! I heard that noise. Loud too. It makes me mad too when these disrespectful arses steal and trash abandoned houses. I hope that the jerks went through the ceiling too. Hope they hurt themselves too. Very sad vibes here. Shame. Lovely old house. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for an excellent explore and from a retired electrician and plumber (yes there are some of us who are multitaskers) thanks for turning off the supplies
Fun episode, my fav one so far! Well done for looking after the house, shame the daughter didn't come and get the pics, who knows what the circumstances of all involved are though. Cheers Colin.
Aww that was so sad to see, also for the thieves that’s been in there absolutely disgusting and whoever fell through the floor you deserved that, I don’t normally speak like that but it’s so annoying people do that sort of thing, thank you Colin and James for the tour stay safe xx
Great find Colin how sad about people have stolen items they have been through draws and stolen the tank and copper pipes in the bathroom and left all the water running out of the wall it's very sad and upsetting to see it in a bad way they have no remorse and it is disrespect full the owners had a family I would thought they would get in touch with the electric people to turn it off that's very kind of you Colin to turn the water 💦 off stay safe you both
Another great find Colin and James, like you say people have no disrespect about other people especially on valuable jewellery and other stuff, also stealing copper pipes ect for scrap ,I always think 🤔 there's something or someone ready to jump out especially hearing noises creepy Colin 😮, well done to you for turning off the water hopefully help the decay last a little longer, wonder why family never cleared out the place, 😞 or even the council very sad 😭 ,
The tree you saw when you entered the garden is a Staghorn. The branches and trunk have a felt like covering. Like the horns on young deer. I have one my daughter-in-law gave me.
Its Realy nice to see how respectful you are to people’s property . It’s so sad to see previous explorers haven’t been the same . I enjoy your videos 👍
The furry trees are called stags horn sumac. My godmother had them in her garden happy childhood memory unlocked. Sad to see things left, they tell a story but they are just things. Love people when they are here is what matters time won't wait.
This home and the story behind its just so sad😢😢😢these poor people must of died alone with no one to care for them and all of their personal belongings just left there to rot what a shame all of that stuff could been at least donated someone else could off use it all thank you both for sharing this beautiful story may god bless you I love your channel hello 👋 from Camden, NJ my actual home is Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 but I’m currently in NJ god bless you both stay safe happy holidays and have a blessed new year to the both of you’s
Good video lads, and well done being careful and respectful, you did well shutting the water off, but personally I would have shut the electricity off and pulled the main fuse as well!
Any explore …. Is going to be sad, sometimes creepy ( I would probably hover around all the things I loved, love, for a while…. After … whatever) it’s bittersweet. But keep on doing what you do, you are respectful. Knowledgeable, and sensitive, in sad situations….. 😊… always makes me think about the teeny tiny footprints we all leave on life !
Hi Colin. What a lovely little house. I think it's great that you turned off the water trying to prevent further damage. So many memories left behind. Thank you for taking me exploring with you x
What a beauty. A nice Piano and the cupboards in the kitchen are well kept. It is such a pity that this Lovely old Bungalow has been abandoned, with everything left inside and old fashioned furniture. Thank you for showing this video. God Bless.💗💗😢😢
Well done for turning the water off great explore so sad to see the tea leaves have nicked the jewellery and copper tank and pipe work reckon they definitely fell through the ceiling
Another great explore Colin. Sad as it is, nobody knows what has happened to the ones who lived there. God only knows what shall take place from one day to the next, I truly hope my home and belongings get better treatment and respect. Thank you for your kindness in shutting off the water supply to stem further damages to that cute bungalow. Greetings and salutations from the states, Cheers
Hi Guys good to see you 2 exploring a house again.Always very entertaining this video Colin is one of those really sad ones. All the belonging left to decay, surely some family members are still about? I agree with you Colin the people who raid these properties are real low lifes. Great commentary Colin and really good of you to turn off water and lights.Look forward to what you find next.Take care guys.😀
I was so thankful you know about plumbing & what a great explorer you are. I literally was so worried about the water & dangerous heater- was soooo relieved when you turned it all off ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤ -love from the USA
This one made me feel sad All the photos left there The fact that people have been in there with bad intentions it’s so disrespectful That was someone’s home and someone’s life. 😢
Good one guys really enjoyed it sad really all the possessions jus left an it's not rite that people disrespect taking the stuff that doesn't belong to them it wil cum back to them one day take care xx ❤❤
Such a pretty place, another gem to explore. Glad you took care of the water leakage and taking of the power. That sound in the start, could have been its owner....still lingering around in the after life. :) Who knows.
Top job to close off the water leak and heater !❤❤❤,nice exploring like always 😊❤, so said to see that the stolen in that house, go looking but dont taken anything and have respect yust like you always! 😊❤❤❤
Its sad and very disappointing that people break into houses and steal copper and jewellery ,thanks to the bearded explorer for turning of the water and electricity
We have some giant weeds behind our steel building out by the train tracks has the same fuzzy stuff on the outside of the stock. Don't know where it is we just call it weeds
The old school photo looks like late 30’s, that’s what kids looked like then, just poor working class, it reminded me of.one from my dads school days, he was evacuated to Blackpool in the war, now I had a good look and it wasn’t him haha, he’s still alive at the age of 90, so you never know.
@patriciamariemitchel Some thieves stole a boiler from the downstairs flat, and left the gas on! The Fire Brigade and Police placed a 1/2 square mile cordon of the houses, and people had to evacuate to a local community centre. Those people have no regard for what could be catastrophic consequences.
There won't be many pensioners in the future spending their last days sat in a chair surrounded by heaters, they won't be able to afford to plug them in....😢
Karma will come to those responsible for taking what didn’t belong to them…I am a strong believer in karma…yes whoever was there taking valuables was looking for some easy money and sadly for either alcohol and or drug money…other than that love the fact that you put back what you pick up and are so polite about the whole thing …..surprisingly lights still work so someone certainly is paying the bill or it would be off …
Such a beautiful bungalow!
It's so admirable to see you turn that heater off and isolate the water supply Colin. You always show the utmost respect in your explores.
Yes. Turn off power at mains switch and find and turn off main water supply. Open a small windows for ventilation.
so sad to think somebody lived alone after their partner died, brings tears to my eyes, thank you for being so courtious to their memory.
I try to speak to a elderly gentleman daily he goes to a local cafe Monday- Saturday and the staff look after him. I make my own jams and chutney and marmalade, etc cakes & I give them to him.
That's sweet of you. Hi from Toronto Canada 😘
That's such a lovely gesture ❤️
My stepdad used to grow marrow and give it to an old lady who made wine. She was in her 90s when she passed away. I personally never met the lady but she would call my stepdad the Marrowman because she left a thank you card every time through his letterbox 🤣
Alot of people do...
Well done for being so respectful and turning the water and electricity off. It was sad seeing all those memories of that family and the house being left to nature. Unbelievable. I wonder why it was all left. It’s so sad, someone’s life work not squared away. Thanks for leaving it as you found it.
Never know something really bad could've happened in the place. That would definitely stop me from going bk
Thank you for being so respectful to the place

I think the 'Not to be taken' warning means not to be ingested/eaten. It was ear drops after all 😂. Great find guys 👍

Sad that people steal things, happy to see you turned off the heater and water, agree with you that someone somewhere still owns it.
Its Realy nice to see how respectful you are to people’s property . It’s so sad to see previous explorers haven’t been the same . I enjoy your videos 👍
Wow what a beautiful old house! A time capsule for sure guy’s! Awesome video as always! 👍👍❤️✊🤘

Fair play to you for turning the heater off And the water off Collin ❤

That photo of the couple by the sea side looks like Cromer in the uk
Yer that way my first thought as we would go every year and it may look different now but oh buy that looks like Cromer back in the day
Hi Colin. What a lovely little house. I think it's great that you turned off the water trying to prevent further damage. So many memories left behind. Thank you for taking me exploring with you x
Respectable explorer, love it
Great video tonight, soo glad you turn the water off. 🥰

Please do more explores with James, you two are a good pair ☺️
My late Irish grandparents ( mum's parents) they used to hide money under the mattress, etc as they never trusted the banks
I just left be watching you and your friends on these adventures. You are so respectful of the places you explore. I love you and stay safe.

The camera is a Kodak Brownie Starlet (UK model) from early 1950s. I used to have one.
Cool I was wondering what make it was well spotted 😎👍
Great video Mate but very sad to see a beautiful house like that
I was so thankful you know about plumbing & what a great explorer you are. I literally was so worried about the water & dangerous heater- was soooo relieved when you turned it all off ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤ -love from the USA
Good job fellas for turning the water and power off .
Great explore, you should take James with you more often, he's funny 😊
This one made me feel sad
All the photos left there
The fact that people have been in there with bad intentions it’s so disrespectful
That was someone’s home and someone’s life. 😢
Good one guys really enjoyed it sad really all the possessions jus left an it's not rite that people disrespect taking the stuff that doesn't belong to them it wil cum back to them one day take care xx ❤❤
Another sad one. I can't imagine leaving my parents belongings and house to fall apart and be pilfered by low life.
Their hands aught to drop of !so disgusting!Your always so respectful great explorer lv the fact your so caring Ann🇬🇧❤️
The oldest postmark dates on letters by door, would give an indication how long the property has been empty.
Such a pretty place, another gem to explore. Glad you took care of the water leakage and taking of the power. That sound in the start, could have been its owner....still lingering around in the after life. :) Who knows.
Great video! James is so funny!😂
Top job to close off the water leak and heater !❤❤❤,nice exploring like always 😊❤, so said to see that the stolen in that house, go looking but dont taken anything and have respect yust like you always! 😊❤❤❤

Thanks for awesome video
The srovw was spotless some one is staying there.
Its sad and very disappointing that people break into houses and steal copper and jewellery ,thanks to the bearded explorer for turning of the water and electricity
I'm a French new suscriber. Thanks for the tour and turning off the water. Respectfull ❤
So sad all those things have been left. The owner seemed to have children so I wonder why they didn’t clear it all out .
They were possibly the "thieves"
Sad explore Colin.
We have some giant weeds behind our steel building out by the train tracks has the same fuzzy stuff on the outside of the stock. Don't know where it is we just call it weeds
Lovely video very interesting r u able to find out who the property now belongs to do it can be restored and given new life 🇬🇧
You should search the Land Registry to find out who owns the prioerty. BTW, was that a telly next to the seat surrounded by heaters?
Very good job boys 😊
cool video, i do love a time capsule
The old school photo looks like late 30’s, that’s what kids looked like then, just poor working class, it reminded me of.one from my dads school days, he was evacuated to Blackpool in the war, now I had a good look and it wasn’t him haha, he’s still alive at the age of 90, so you never know.
The furry tree at the beginning is a Staghorm Sumac or better known as a Vinegar Tree
how is the electricity still working .
Stupid, dirty rotten thieves didn't even bother shutting the water off before they stole the copper piping. 😳
@patriciamariemitchel
Some thieves stole a boiler from the downstairs flat, and left the gas on!
The Fire Brigade and Police placed a 1/2 square mile cordon of the houses, and people had to evacuate to a local community centre.
Those people have no regard for what could be catastrophic consequences.
Hello there bearded Explorer great video I watched this on Saturday the 30th of November 24
Nice!
Breeze will be coming from the roof space having the loft cover open.
Current Terry's Chocolate Orange is 18g lighter than that one (would have been).
Lovely home you guys are such messers good you turned off the water wish you could fit my bidet 😅
Salute 🫡 ##Awareness of the missing...
Such a shame the place has been subjected to pilfering scumbags ...nice bungalow ....
Jolly nice indeed
There won't be many pensioners in the future spending their last days sat in a chair surrounded by heaters, they won't be able to afford to plug them in....😢
Always the best
Looks like Llandudno pier to me.
The eternal mystery: why does the inheritor of the house leave it all to rot away?
The fuzzy tree in the beginning, is called Sumac
The running water in the bathroom looked recent. No moss, no mold.
The plant is a Staghorn Rhus, feels like a velvety stag horn!
Good man for turning the stop cock off. I see other explorers just leaving the water running.
Do you report these empty properties to the council? They need to know
You need to turn the electric off or at least turn off the electric heater before a fire starts
That picture of the two people on the prom looks very much like where I live Llandudno North Wales I'm almost sure I'm right trust me.
It took my late grandads house 15years to sell due to my step nana fighting for it even though she had divorced my grandad.
Karma will come to those responsible for taking what didn’t belong to them…I am a strong believer in karma…yes whoever was there taking valuables was looking for some easy money and sadly for either alcohol and or drug money…other than that love the fact that you put back what you pick up and are so polite about the whole thing …..surprisingly lights still work so someone certainly is paying the bill or it would be off …
Wow
