I'm not sure but I think Yi with same build as Naafiri wouldn't solo baron that easily. Doing that much consistent dmg to baron with that build is disgusting

The fact that the pact mates can take the baron debuff (half damage to baron) is most likely a bug. If heimer gets debuffed and places a turret infront of him, he will still have the debuff. Nafiiri got the debuff and then lost it to a packmate
You're 15/2 soloing a baron what's the big deal, some champions are just better designed to do so. Yorick can solo Baron with no kills just good farm. Zyra can solo baron when she's fed, Heimer and some others too. Heck even a fed master yi solo's baron 🤦🏻♂
The fact naafiri can do baron at 23 really isn't that surprising or broken, she has packmates which can take away the baron debuff that halves your damage, same reason why yorick can solo baron at 20. It's not crazy but it can work if they don't ward or anything

First 20 sec, this is not okay, 15 and 2, almost 200 cs, 4 items, bel 3 item ragenos, botrk, death dance kill as well, 20-28 mins baron are quite low on damage and resists, so yeah big snowball can lead to solo baron on a lot of champions, I guess it's his first time
Hate to be that guy but when you are 15/2 at 23m there are a lot of champs that can do that. Not to mention her doggos take the aggro for the bulk of the fight. Clips aren't impressive when the player is absurdly fed.
