Yes, I think this quest was in between after we met Cyno and started working together with him. We also helped him in canned knowledge situation before we got further involved with the Nahida main Archon quest. This quest was also related to canned knowledge.
Dehya's story quest was mainly about her, which's super rare, I don't know why they don't do it often I think Dehya's and Itto's was mainly about them and their relationships and maybe Raiden's second story quest and that's it

Also you talk a lot about alhaitham story quest, but his story quest was actually released 3 patches after this. There is literally to alhaitham reference in this quest. Btw this quest was released before sumeru's finale and the academia was still the old bad akademia
