Thank you for this useful series. Discovered your channel few year ago doing SIM and now having an IFR SIM toward IR ME and finding this is very nice. Have safe flights !
Thank you for the perfect Q&A and answer. ^^ I will give this video to all my extended family, who sometimes do not understand that a person has a scheduled job that simply cannot be changed as someone makes up their mind and wants to meet me and that those days off are not "free to party" but often a window for really needed rest.

You are very welcome! That’s indeed the case, especially the first two days for me, but more so the day of return itself I can be quite grumpy 😅
As a second officer, what are your job duties? Do you ever get to actually takeoff and land or is it mostly monitoring stuff?
You may post this one in the question box if you want, link in description!
Do you still play FS9 like the old days?
Unfortunately not, but FS9 has a special place in my heart! Might install it some day again with all the addons
Nice
Thanks for watching!
@@AviationPro Thanks for posting ☺️
my whole family thinks as a pilot u are gone pretty much the whole time but it isnt really true, good video aswell
Luckily not! But as said, it depends on the airline and on the type of operations, some pilots may be away from home more than I am at the moment :)
@@AviationPro yeah lifthansa has got an average of 11-14 days a month
