There must be more than one hospital or DNA center in each city in China. How about submitting the test to more than one to make sure there's no error?
In a normal world her missing child would be reported. The police and hopital security/staff would access the cctv and find out exactly who took the child. Dna testing maybe required but while i know this is drama, its unrealistic

It's amazing how in these dramas, the FLs have a most precious pendant that must absolutely not be lost, but they carry it so casually around and easily drop it anywhere. How convenient for the story. But it's getting annoying to see this ridiculous scene over and over.
