I remember staying up late on the weekend or at sleepovers when I was like 10-12 years old just to watch Adult Swim. It definitely wasn't what it is now back in those days, but still. I can just imagine my mom or my aunt walking in only to see my cousins and I watching something like this at like 2 AM. 🤣 I love that Carach Angren don't take themselves too seriously, so many metal bands and especially black metal bands do. It is the entertainment industry after all, and always being super serious tends to get a bit dull even if the music is great.
"Charlie" by Carach Angren is one of the coolest Symphonic Black Metal bands of all time. Absolutely Brilliant and Extremely cool! respect

I actually met them after a concert last year, they were just hanging out by the merch booth and chatting with people. They're some of the nicest dudes I've ever met.

Seregor and Ardek look like Castlevania characters in corpsepaint. Namtar looks like he gave up that vampire killing life to become a gigolo (I say that affectionately).
You know these dudes spend a lot of time practicing their individual shticks in the mirror, and I do appreciate it. They manage to put on quite a show for what I'd imagine to be a virtually nonexistent budget, especially as compared to King Diamond (who I liken them to quite heavily in theme and theatrics). I would be super interested to see what they'd accomplish if they had that kind of backing, actually.

Damn. I've never heard of these guys. When the song started, I thought it'd end up being more boring, cliche black metal. But the song is super complex and interesting to listen to. These guys have wicked stage presence, but they need a damn bass player up there. Doing bass off an ipod is not cvlt.
Kill Everyone these dudes are really fun to watch live. I’m not a huge fan of their albums, although the last one was the best out of the rest. IMO
