My Favorites: 1. Triborg - Gameplay worked in Mortal Kombat X due to having variations. His Smoke variation is so addicting to play. 2. Alien - Having mixtures of Tarkatan and Xenomorph abilities. 3. Spawn - His Hellspawn abilities made him soooo unique. 4. Goro - Various abilities, like his use of arm blades and fire. 5. Predator - His combat efficiency works well in MKX. 6. Sub-Zero - Glad he made his turn to be a guest character. 7. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Welcoming additions for Injustice 2. 8. Red Hood - Always wanted to play him.

But either way, Joker is the only DC character in MK, and I think him being in allows them to show the full extent of creativity in his move set. Like we could never get hostage hop or Corpse Trot as moves in Injustice, even as much fun as they are and how well they fit him.
I respectfully disagree. I physically rolled my eyes when i had heard he was being announced. While i do agree he fits in the game, it doesn't necessarily mean he actually belongs in the game. I think it was really predictable and safe to just throw Joker in to get people throwing bills at Netherrealm. I'd have loved someone like the Doom Slayer to have taken his place instead. It is kind of cool tho how this game is taking 80s *action heroes* instead of 80s *horror icons* to be dlc instead.
They played Red Hood... I was disappointed with moveset, they gave my man's shurikens and he has guns.... Isn't like he's afraid to use them, plus they could've gave him a knife style Kind of like WW in the first game. Plus them taser gun combos should've just been his normal combos.

Lol, there's more to a character than their super... Zod in particular has one of the most fun playstyles in, I dare say, all of NRS. A true all-rounder with creative combos.
On an unrelated note, I believe a great DLC character for the next injustice game would be The Mask I think that his cartoony fighting style and how he could create and use anything at his disposal would be a great change of pace from some of the more straight forward or serious characters in the past games. They could go with either the heroic or gory versions of the character but either way his manic, bendy, and comedic body/personality would make an amazing inclusion, I hope that other people would agree and help get him in Injustice 3.
I was surprised with how creative they were with Leatherface in MKX. Each variation felt very different from each other. Michael Myers would’ve been a more boring Jason and Chucky would’ve been tricky to implement due to his size. The dlc characters I liked the most were Bo Rai Cho, Starfire, Black Manta, and Sindel.
Honestly Joker In my opinion is an amazing MK dlc character. Like in Injustice 2 he was completely pointless but in MK he could really cut loose. And those fatalities are just friggin awesome Joker for me is a A tier
For me, pretty much every movie themed DLC like Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, Alien, Predator, TMNT, Hellboy, Terminator, Joker, Spawn and Robocop are all goin to be in S tier because I am such a huge fan of these licences and would pretty much always use them to the max. Every one else in these games I would put in these order MK9 DLC: A tier Injustice DLC: B tier MKX DLC: A tier Injustice 2 DLC: A tier MK 11 DLC: A tier

I'd normally agree with leaving Raiden in the lower tiers, but I'd put him in "B" for two reasons: his game play and my man: Black Lightning. If they had announced Black Lightning instead of Raiden and revealed the thunder God was instead a skin, that'd have made it pretty dope in terms of the Injustice hype.
Zod is my favorite Superman villain and was my favorite character in Injustice and my most requested character to return in Injustice 2. Cant believe he made your bottom of the list lol

Pretty solid tier list, only 2 things I’d personally change is I’d put Starfire and Sub-Zero in S tier (also I know she wasn’t released yet, but I’d also put Mileena is S tier). Also, seeing Spawn with all of those chains makes me wish it was Pinhead, not Spawn.
5:37 Cage, Lobo is dead in Injustice 2. In a dialogue between Darkseid and Harley, Harley said she hasn’t popped anyone’s head off since Lobo and by that she means decapitate clean off their body and it makes a pop sound. That reference is in the comics where Batman sends Harley, Arrow, and Black Canary on a mission to stop Lobo which Harley goes crazy, brutalizes Lobo, and pops his head clean off with Canary and Arrow frightened. I assume this was a mission off screen in the beginning of the Injustice 2 story after playing as Harley trying to stop Scarecrow from releasing chemicals but failing. I don’t know what Injustice 3 will be (maybe a different universe where Lobo is alive but I doubt it) but with Lobo in Injustice 1 and in Injustice 2 it’s the same universe with Superman in prison which Lobo would be in that universe I assume how Netherrealm Studios is continuing the story with the Justice League falling and not continuing the still together Justice League in another Universe, Lobo will most likely not come back in any more Injustice games since he was killed by Harley.
Lobo is not dead man. Maybe you remember only the first part. It's true that Harley teared Lobo's head off with the "pop" sound but he has regenerative power and he regrown his head (or eventually reattached It to his body) He is alive, Harley didn't kill him
