Jai hind sir , my brother is also in cme Pune abhi 1st term complete hua hai vaccination par aaye hue hai 29 July Tak hai I am also a sainik school senior cdt and I will also give my best to join nda because I was born in nda ( when my father was instructor there) , for the nda
During his 1 month he had also a injury in ribs while performing monkey rope because he had recovered.

Bhaiya my nature is just same like GC X. I want to join forces but my physicals are very low . Ground ka do chakkar marne me hi sas full jati h . Abhi ncc join kiya h uska bhi training thora tough lg raha h . Kya kre ..... reply dena jaroor
U just have to be there until ur body adapts to the conditions required…progressive training karo..for eg run that 2 rounds of ground until u feel comfortable with ..then one day when u feel 2 rounds are not that hard then increase one more round .this is what is progressive training.
Bhaiya , got C/O two Times from TES entry . Now Preparing for CDS , and NCC entry and all . Eye sight is -4 ( myopia ) , sirf eye sight weak hai , baki I'm all Fit. Lasik surgery karva ke ja skte hain acadmy . Zyada bhasad toh nhi karenge medical vale ⁉️⁉️
