There are already LGBT sports teams, but you can't be on them in grade school in place of school sports. They also aren't recognized by the NCAA.

Maybe to the extent of granting the women that got second, third and fourth to these men the titles they trained, sacrificed and participated by promoting and move up in their rankings.
