I think Shally wants to get dressed like everyone else around her. She sees all her humans getting dressed and she doesn't think she is any different from them . . . especially since getting dressing . . . which includes putting on a diaper . . . is part of her daily routine. Shally is doing her very best to communicate this with her adoptive monkey mom. It is amazing how intelligent Shally is . . . which is evidenced by her putting her clothes on by herself.
