Cologne is the opposite of parfum so this doesn't make much sense! The tiers are as follows: Eau de Parfum > Eau de Toilette > Eau de Cologne. Eau de Cologne originally referred to German cologne from... Cologne. Now it's for low concentrations. Stick to parfum.

Liking water sounds, the rain for example, is enjoying ASMR.
