My favorite book would probably have to be a three-way tie between "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy," the entire LoTR series and the entire Hunger Games series.
My fav book is probably Halo: The Fall of Reach. The book chronicles the journey of John AKA The Master Cheif from when he was a boy and kidnapped to join the Spartan ll super soilder program, his training and early actions in the war against the Covenant. All leading up to the Fall of Reach, the planet he grew up and was trained on. It's full of Easter eggs that were put into the games. It was a very nostalgic read for me back in high school.

Favorite book is the Last Kingdom series. They made a Netflix show out of it. It is about a Christian boy that ends up captured by the Danes (Vikings from Denmark) but eventually becomes part of the Viking family and becomes a Pagan. Through a series of events he loses trust with the Danes but also the Saxons (Christians) because he won’t renounce his Pagan ways
