    I started your workouts in June. My dad died suddenly in July and I lost all motivation. I’ve been back at it for 2 months now. It helps me mentally more than anything!

      My heart 💓 goes out to you, it's so hard picking up the pieces when a parent dies. whenever it's prolonged or sudden either way some people never and get that spark of life back 😊👍 I'm still trying 13 years later.

    After months of trying to stay consistant then dropping my workout game completely . I have FINALLY just gone 14 days straight no excuses thanks to this vid ! I picked a favorite that was short and obtainable so I wouldn't make excuses !! I'll congratulate myself every week if i have to !!! No breaks , 15 min every day is my goal for now . I LOVE these work outs !!!
    Update : Ive lost several inches , arm fat , back fat , toned from head to toe . I love my face again !!! I can only imagine what I'll look and feel like after 3 months .

      @@rivertothemoon I am now going on 3 months and have lost so many inches and am super toned with only these videos . Starting at 15min 5-6days then adding in 30-45min videos on my days off going to a full 7 days a week . I just added weights and a thigh resistance band as my thighs are a big target area . But consistency and of course eating healthy limiting portions is important too . Not starving yourself though .

    just here to remind everyone that modifying exercises is TOTALLY OKAY! i modified a handful of the moves in this video and i am still SWEATING and short of breath. high intensity isn't a matter of what exercise you're doing, but how hard you're working! keep going!!!

    I luv all ur workouts found you by accident and was workingout with a lady on TH-cam my age.
    I've lost literally all the weight I was trying to lose with her doing ur workouts . I lost 10 lbs down from 216lbs I'm almost back to my normal weight although I'm 55 & Fabulous I look like I'm 35-38 I'm always told.
    I started your workouts due to having 4 C-sections myself and that bottom tummy is stubborn.
    I'm always bragging to friends and fam about ur workouts!! 😅❤😂...
    Also Congrats on being on Jennifer Hudsons show! And I'm also a born again believer in Christ Jesus! That's one main reason I started with u as well! I knew I saw the light in you ... 🙏 For you sweety and ur precious little ones and hubby ❤stay blessed and prosperous

    You will probably never read this - but you are currently changing my life. I could never stick to a Workout Routine because i was getting bored of the same things over and over.. but your Workouts are incredible! I feel confident, i feel motivated and they are SO MUCH fun.     I love that workout after a mile walk! My throat always burns 5 mins in? Don’t know why but I love that burn in my abs! Waist size went from 45inches to 27inches! Waist size from 49inches to 30in! *IF YOU DON’T THINK GROWWITHJO DOESN’T WORK, YOUR NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! I weighed 193.5lbs now I am 141lbs! Gals you got this don’t give up! Because of Jo and her workouts I have decided to take online courses this Fall for Physical Fitness! I never really new what my calling was, I love computers went to school for that, I love doing hair, took classes for that but didn’t stay. But this I feel in love with! I am studying every night on my own. Keep being consistent and work hard for your dreams! Love ya Jo

      @@glorynotes it took about a year to get to theses measurements because I am 5’6 and weighed 194lbs. Mostly my problem area was my tummy and waist.

      Another way for you sweetie is to accept Jesus as Lord and savoir you can know him at home in your heart and talk to him anytime like a best friend. Start reading the new testament. Keep working out also it's so good for you but for mental fitness and feeling good the very best is Jesus. Give him your life you will never regret it ❤

      Right there with ya, I have a 1 and 3 year old, just did this during nap time and I can do it in my tiny home which is a plus, I live off grid maybe 35 minutes from town so a gym is not a practical option for me 😅

    OK - so my dad who is super critical of everything, looked at me yesterday and said: OK - you are definitely losing the weight! Whilst I am still tottering with the heaviness on the scale, all my PANTS and TOPS are fitting looser by the week! 😁 I really want to actually lose the weight, but with consistency, I just need to be patient. It has been about 5 weeks since I have moving with Jo, but the changes are amazing!

    I am also doing the chloe ting 3 weeks abs challenge (im on day 3, week 2) I started at 66.50 and am currently down to 65.95. I also walk fast for 1 hour every day. Ill update my progress here!

I got down to 165 and now I’m pregnant. I have to slow down because the nausea and fatigue got real!! Hoping I can start back up ASAP

    I love you so much Jo you're such an inspiration to me. I've got really bad depression and anxiety and it is bringing me down there are days when I don't want to do anything and then I think to myself what would Jo do she'd get up and do it because I'll make you feel better and help you go on with your day.

      I did an afro beats halfway which wasnt getting my heart rate as high as i wanted. So i switched to this and my HR went into cardio zone within 30s 😂😂😂😂 got the good sweat i wanted!!🎉

    This is exactly what I needed Jo. Pushed through with 2 pound weights. Couldn’t do the last one due to my health but I’m impress with what I can do now. I’m extremely thankful. I suffer from rsd but I’m going to keep fighting and moving. Doing great things Jo. I know it say no equip but I think I needed the extra 😊

    Def needed that after a week off from being sick with a bad cold. I felt the soreness in my legs! I gained 5lbs and I am not top happy, but I know it will come off. It’s from me laying in bed sick! I got this and so DO YOU! Here’s to another year! Been going strong since 2021!

    I so needed a workout tonight and ran shirt on time, found this one for one of the main problem areas and of course you didn't disappoint and yes making this a weekly to do most likely on a night I don't normally workout because this packs a punch quickly and no time at all lost doing this workout! 🎉 Happy New Year 2024!

    Heart rate hit 170 bpm!! I pushed myself at the end . Couldn’t do it to my stomach but coming from someone who dislike burpees I was so proud I was able to at least do it plank style!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾♥️♥️♥️

    The 30 min vidoe was helping me but I lost consistency for 1.5 months as my baby had no routine yet. Knowing how organised jo’s videos are I didn’t lose hope to find a shorter video and here I am again back to GWJ just 10min a day.     I've tried other workouts after encountering Jo's channel and honestly, Jo's workouts are so different. I always feel inspired to finish the workouts, cause even when they are challenging, like this one, they are still fun and they are still do-able.

    I have to confess. Here I am back to workout after 2 weeks as I took additional vaccine. Two weeks seems to be long for me as I realized I missed ur workout. Just 2 weeks I can't do ur workout but it is hell for me for the first time. Thanks Jo 4 changing the perspective towards exercises.

    I started doing your workouts around june of last year. Because of your videos i had lost over 11 lbs. sadly i fell off the track when i got attacked by a cat in August 2022.     After 2 months of doing your work outs I actually did this! Plus 5 burpees from plank position. Going to do this everyday till I perfect it! You’re the best Jo!

    I was doing your workouts for a few months then I had a work injury (tearing my right leg hamstring last Nov. ❤ this workout and it’s motivating me to keep moving😃👍🏼

    Completed this for the first December workout! Excited for the rest of the month!! My favorite workout is the 800 calorie burn one! I DRIPPPPPP sweat all over the floor with that one. Love how fast this one was though and it’s great for active rest days ❤❤

    And this morning, with some low back pain and in a Pilates mode, I did all of these exercises at about 1/3 speed, and had a great Pilates workout. Jo - you could re-record most of these in slow mode, during your pregnancy, for an intense Pilates workout!! : ) I'd love it! Love your workouts and your faith!

    I was slim and fit in my 40's and early 50's with minimal effort. .now, poof! Soft, weak, flabby, and sad...your videos give me motivation...I want to DO THIS!!!

    2, 02 2023 Hi Jo, this is the 5th time I did it. You know, although it is not everyday I do it, but I like it. I share my time among 6 trainers I found in youtube and I like them all, and therefore I do a workout with one of the 6. You are one of the 6 and this workout is my favourite. You are right. It is fast and enjoyable and also makes me feel I achieved something I did my workout even if it is short.

    Hello Hello Hello !!!!! Let me start off by saying I absolutely LOVE Your Work OUTS it's been a long time since I can bend my knees without any pain. I wish you had a mike so that I can hear you when you are switching between exercises. Especially when you are facing to the side. Sometime I missed the other part because by the time I look you be on a whole different exercise. However, I'm sticking to it GIRL!!! I just go back and watch you do it then I try again. Working out and growing with you has been absolutely amazing!!!! 😅😊

    this is the first of your workout videos that i've done! i'm trying to get in shape/trying to fix my relationship with food/exercise so a lot of workout videos are intimidating and i'm scared that i'll fail. this was tough but so much fun! i love that you're smiling the entire time; it's so motivational! i'm going to try to do this one every day until i feel confident enough to move on to one of your dance videos or a tougher, longer workout! thank you so much for posting this!

    I started your workout in January 2023 until now.. and i have lost 4 kgs so far! I haven’t been in this shape for around 2 years and i know i still have got a lot to catch up, but i am happy and so motivated. And to be honest this video is my MOST dave workout, cause it’s quick 10 mins and the music is so motivating me.. i usually combine with your other 15 mins workout or do this 2x in a row! Thank you Jo!!! Lovin’ your new workout layout, music, background. It made such a huge different!!! Very motivating!! God bless you!! ❤❤

    Hey girl! I just did this workout with my 11 year old daughter. She said “I’m prob not gonna sweat like she did… in just 10 mins!?”
    Halfway through the workout she goes “I see why she’s sweating!!” 😅Lol.

    So.... I’m going to do this
    Before:54kg
    Day 1 : Hurt and I couldn’t do the burpees and I improvised with jumping jacks
    Day 2: I have back pain from yesterday but still I completed. Feeling good honestly, I lost an inch of my waist
    Day 3 :My shoulder area aches but I lost another inch so yay And I’m not on a specific diet but I did stop eating as much snacks as I used to
    Day 4 : I measured on an empty stomach but I lost another inch I’m 30 inch around my waist now 🎉 My shoulder doesn’t ache as much now Took a break bc I went to the hospital for some stuff
    Starting over
    Day 1 Felt okay couldn’t do the burpees again so I did jumping jacks
    Starting over again lol
    Day 1 It wss fun lived it but im panting rn 😂

    Thanks Jo. Although i have been with you for a year now, i cant remember doing this one. I was able to do all except the last one, i have back and knee problem so getting to the floor and back up so fast was out, but i subsitute with more leg lifts, i saved it and will do again this week. Came back from a cruise recently, so need to drop that cruise food weight. God bless you.

    I’m switching over to this one from another work out that I do of yours, because I love the intensity, and it’s only in 10 minutes! I’m setting myself a 30 day challenge as I have a lot of weight to lose and fitness to gain. I’m gonna keep myself accountable below in the comments by checking in every workout.     I will do this for a week and i will update you guys on the results every Day 😌
    Day 1- js finshed the workout obviously not seeing any major results all i know now that i am very tired but great workout.
    Day 2- not seeing any results as expected nothin much to say here prob gonna see results in a few more days but yeah.
    (Smth came up on day 3 so wasn't able to do it)
    Day 4-no major results yet but I have realized that I have more motivation to complete each workout and more energy and passion the past days I want able to do the lunge kicks squat jumping Jack things and the burpees(yes I'm making the names on the spot) but I was able to do them today with ease(kinda)I'm excited for tmr so I can do this again love this workout😌

    Je viens de le faire aujourd'hui je vous assure que c'est trop intense seulement 10mn mais je suis plus fatiguée que quand je fais tes séances de 30mn.

    Absolutely loved it! Except for when you had to get on the floor, my knees and back won’t tolerate that. Could you please do more standing videos for those of us who do have very bad knees and lower back issues but can still exercise with the OK from the doctor thank you thank you for all the effort that you put into this. I really do enjoy your videos.
