This time I made Strawberry and Sakura Scoop Cake!
I couldn't get it posted in time for April...lol!
They're still blooming where they're blooming!
They look so cute and everyone can dig in and eat them!

Strawberry and cherry scoop cake
Serves 3 to 4
4 cookies
20 g cherry syrup
1 pack of strawberries
150g drained yogurt (taken from 400g)
30g granulated sugar
40g cherry syrup
100g whipped cream
Yogurt can be left as it is if it is hard like Greek yogurt!
