Many who are very supportive and just thought I was the most beautiful person ever. Not only personality wise but just in general, and I remember one of my friends telling me that I should not get the surgery. The reason is because she said. Let me tell you something. When someone dislike themselves, they say negative things about other people. Also, look at yourself because that is a trademark of You and your father. You have your father's nose, who you admire so much! You are so beautiful! Don't ever change who you are to, please others be thankful for the features that the Lord has given you. It's always sad when you can tell. Someone undergoes surgery just to please others and all honesty. This young woman was very attractive younger and she's still beautiful today. I’m an Aesthetic FNP (nurse injector) who works in dermatology/ plastic surgery and Tiny definitely had a a very subtle alarplasty, not a rhinoplasty. Alarplasty “downsizes” nostrils or the nasal openings of the nose while still maintaining the nasal bridge of the nose to keep its ‘personality’ or organic appearance in tact.

I’m an Aesthetic FNP (nurse injector) who works in dermatology/ plastic surgery and Tiny definitely had a a very subtle alarplasty, not a rhinoplasty. Alarplasty “downsizes” nostrils or the nasal openings of the nose while still maintaining the nasal bridge of the nose to keep its ‘personality’ or organic appearance in tact.
