I appreciate that there are so many ways to interpret this video. you see that she is an outgoing and fun person, but Anxiety makes her paranoid, repeating the same endless cycle and making her overthink several things and their most diverse details under a large magnifying glass. the scene of her leaving the room 3 times and each time she tries to avoid repeating the same steps or tries to change something is an example of what it's like to have to live with this thing, always trying to sabotage you and not letting you live without noticing all the smallest details and possibilities. like when she passes by the kitchen where the firefighter is acting nonchalant to the stove on fire while she puts out the fire herself, it puts into perspective that sometimes there's that thing that seems like only we care about, but in reality that doesn't make it any less significant to others. it's just that there's something specific about it that bothers you enough to make you react to it. That's what anxiety is. it makes you contemplate different scenarios and impossible things that could happen until you react to it, even if you don't want to. @@Bobsentme1 plus the reference to "somebody that I used to know"

Doechii the Don, Doechii the dean, Doechii supreme, the SWAMP RULER!!! 👑
ITS TIME TO WAKE EM UP KUS THEY BEEN SLEEPING ON THE TRACKLIST !!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🐊🐊🐊🐊
@@krysg5995 I agree. My favorite is Post-Grammy song Nosebleeds. "Everybody wanted to know what Doechii would do if she didn't win I guess we'll never-*STEPPED OUT THE SWAMP TO THE MOTHEREFFIN' STAGE!!!"* 🐊🏆👑
Lowkey, I'm getting Get Out vibes.
From the house to the neighborhood.
Get it, Doe!
She turned a classic into a masterpiece
When your anxiety goes from kitchen fire to elephant in the streets in under two minutes 👀🐘🔥
so many little things in here that show she’s such a theatre kid and i live for it
COME ON, GRAPEVINE! COME ON TIME STEP! COME ON WINGS!
How she managed to make a beautifully dissonant and chaotic song even MORE anxiety inducing with the visuals...a true artist.
1:07 1:16 Reference to the video clip "Somebody That I Used to Know", Congratulations Doechii!! 😁
Thats how it's supposed to be❤
I think "Somebody That I Used to Know" is a much better song, but this is a nice reference to that video in this video. Nicely done. 👍

I SCREAMED lol yess she did the damn thing
This is the definition of collage and how that in of itself is art. Making art out of art. Gotye made the his song out of collage as well layering sample after sample. There are like a million references to past art in this single composition.
I am so happy you use authenticity and real life action within the music video. Hardly CGI and we don’t see a lot of that when it comes to crafts and just cinema in general. So in my heart, this is a masterpiece and I’m pretty sure tons of others can agree💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
WE GAVE THE GRAMMY TO THE RIGHT WOMAN❤❤❤
