I tried these instructions to Livestream a two hour Zoom meeting using OBS to a FB event page. I saw the video streaming on the Facebook event page during the entire Zoom meeting but FB users never saw the video streaming on the FB event page and I never found the recorded FB Live video after my Zoom meeting was over. I found out that the reason the video was never recorded nor shown to FB users in real time was because when I started my post on the FB event page, I did not fill out the section asking for a title for the video and also failed to write a small summary regarding what the the video was about. Do you know whether there is a way for FACEBOOK to recover this video for our non-profit FB page?
You can! Just make sure your privacy settings on the computer allow OBS to record your screen. If you have other issues, you should definitely Google them. There are a ton of OBS forums where people encounter the same issues and people have been super helpful from what I've seen.
@@ivyrivera1709 I'm not sure about windows, but its probably the same privacy issue. I'd try googling it or searching your settings and privacy access and granting OBS the permissions it needs. Best of luck!
