    Motivation gets you started. Discipline gets you to the finish line.

    This is so true. I passed a Japanese state examination about patent law and I had absolutely no motivation. And somehow, I passed. After listening to your advice, I feel like I finally know why I did pass. Thank you.

    Thanks for this! I’m on L2 and have really been struggling to tackle the material every day. I guess I’ll have to have meetings with myself!

      @@hizam94 the only time I wrote a CFA exam was in December 2019. I did pass that, but decided to not pursue the charter any further. Unless in the future I decide to change my career path again.

    Thank you for that! Most motivational videos on TH-cam are Denzel Washington pumping you up in an angry voice. I lose steam in couple of minutes. Your advice is more practical, especially when it comes to studying.

    I don't know what exactly, but there's something in your videos that makes me watch it irrespective of its duration. It might be your voice, accent or vibe maybe.. but it's uncannily addictive.

    Yeah step 1 prep (medicine boards) was 8 months of 8-10 hours a day followed by 14 hours a day for 30 days straight. Motivation is key when you can get it but tough to rely on! Understand why you’re doing it and stick to it!

    You should post more often and talk in detail about which material you used, did you solve all EOCs last or did you do them with each reading. How many readings accordings to you are necessary to pass? 2 3 times may be.
    We need more people like you, as you mentioned in one of your other videos not many people talk about their CFA journeys in TH-cam space.

    • @straighttalks-ajsrmek323
      @straighttalks-ajsrmek323  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I might make more videos about this. I did EOCs after each reading AND after all of thee readings. Just 1 reading is necessary.

    Men, I`m missing 30 readings exactly and I have less than 2 months to finish them I feel fucked I lost my motivation...
    Maybe I should try to wake up early at a schedule and stop procastinating, I don`t work, but I feel so unmotivated rn I`m with 81% rate on the questions, but I feel I don`t have enough energy to finish, also my GF only complains on me because I don`t see her really often cuz I need to be studying I`m in such a complicated situation...
    Now I have to do like 50 pages a day to finish in time and this is just unrealistic...

      Straight Talks Okay, yes sir. Honestly, I fell sick and couldn’t focus anymore. I was so fatigue every day. I couldn’t study. I just didn’t feel well, but now I’m better and back at it. I finished the first book and know it pretty well. I did 20 extra review questions on each section before I opened the second book. I’m a little behind schedule but if I catch up this week, I’ll be back on schedule. Thank you.
