14:55 A URI is made up of a name URN and a locator URL. So, you got that messed up there. URL locates, URN names, URI identifies (both locates and names), and thats something you can find out when you look at how they are named. Unified Resource Identifier (URI) Unified Resource Name (URN) Unified Resource Locator (URL).
