This is when they use to write lyrical music that make sense,, and the beat just gets you moving.. Get this beat in some righteous music and it's fire!
Dj easy! I love how you re-upload these riddim mixes adding additional songs that you intially didn't have before. Never heard the Sebastian tune but loved how you added the Wayne Wonder's "menace to society" which was a great but hidden gem song on this riddim. Bless up !
yes never had a clean vesion of menace at that time i had done the first mix , too many vinyl static but then got it better now, also i be uploading the jam 2 version pretty soon
@@DjeasyMixmaster John John had some nice tunes on his label back in the day. I remember when this tune came out people who had their cellphones would take it out and mouth out the lyrics because you felt wicked. (I still had my pager on those days lol )
This mix only contains the songs from the 90's version. Shabba's song was on the original version from the 80s. He has a separate mix with those songs. th-cam.com/video/7ApjSDnkeh4/w-d-xo.html
@@jasonknowles5465 man, you are your brother's keeper. Big up because when I heard this mix the 1st song I think about is Cocoa Tea Lonesome Side of Blue. It's funny how you hear a song & you think about the next song coming on ,because you played the mixtape to death.
good stuff. You forgot Big Daddy Lizard version "No Idiot Sound Boy" and of course Shabba's version and Chaka Demus "Original Kuff". Segway into Flourgon - We Run Things
Enjoying this on the interstate 285 in Atlanta
The 1990s gave us the best riddims. But 1994 was the year that the recipe of music, DJs and the producers were all stewed to a perfection.
90’s dancehall is the best era of for any genre of music all time.
@@cydrobinson7565 true indeed.
I don't think it will ever be that good again.

@Mr Lex lol I know shabba was on this originally as it was a digital B production. I'm talking about the 1994 version on the John John label
