[Horrortale Original] Stormheart - Morality of Murder

- It's been 4 years since my last Horrortale thing and I felt like trying my hand at at another experimental track! This one focused more on the sound design & atmosphere over composition hence the long intro lol. For vocals this time I took snippets from a Harvard lecture on the classic "trolley problem" but spliced them in a way that's creepy...maybe. All in all it was a 9 hour track that I wasn't expecting to write but it ended up coming out of nowhere anyway lmao.
For those uninterested in the intro the track properly starts at 1:28 :)
[Personal Stuff:]
In Personal News™ I'm feeling great! Working on an Errortale track that will be uploaded early January! Since this is probably my last upload of 2023 I just want to thank you all for sticking with my through my hiatus lol. Fun fact in 2019 and 2020 I released 18 and 19 tracks respectively while in 2022 and 2023 I released 4 and 6! 😱 A HUGE drop of mainly owed to a major decline in my mental health during that time. While it's been so incredibly hard I'm proud to report I finally feel like I'm starting to make progress and that means more tracks...hopefully! xD (*Scribbles* New Years Resolution: release more tracks).
Please feel free to share what you guys will be doing for the Holidays and if you have any New Years resolutions yourselves! I'm curious to see what everyone's plans are. I'll just be staying at home with family and talking with friends :)

Sans asking the trolley problem is one of the creepiest feelings I’ve ever had from horrortale because you know there’s a trick. Just like when he started talking about blue stop signs while Aliza was sinking to her death.
I can actually picture him talking to the people of Snowdin about the trolley problem while he pins a human. Telling them it’s ok to kill the human since it will save the whole town.
Oh man, I remember seeing that part of the comic. My heart rate still goes up seeing it.
The darker side of the UTMV is fascinating, both in isolation and in the context of the Multiverse. So many bad ends and horrors
That's some seriously high tier sound design right there!
The audio is an interesting choice for Horrortale, where all the monsters are slowly dying of starvation due to a lack of magic. Sans tries so hard to keep himself and everyone else from eating the Human, saving one person instead of many.

The human is innocent; the monsters are not.

Very nice song, I like it a lot! The intro is extremely well edited, it's the best explanation of the trolley problem that I've heard and the edit made it creepy and interesting.
Also, is there a version of the song without the intro? I really liked it and I want to add the song to my playlist but I don't want to listen to a minute long intro before the actual song every time...
Agreed, the intro is a really nice touch, but for some who may want to listen to it more, it'd be nice for that version without the intro
