It's as popular as it will get given it's the most popular Chinese anime out there. Though Mo Dao Zu Shi has been making it difficult in saying so. I just wish Mi Yu Xing Zhe got some love and a well deserved sequel.
Hopefully I won’t despise it the summer night when the stars shine bright with light despite the fact it does tonight. I can’t wait for the cool fights and hopefully it’ll be alright as soon as it airs to be fair.
Those are the only ones i'm waiting! They look so sick!!! Also i may give Kengan Ashura a try. Maybe the cgi turns out to be not that jarring and ends up being enjoyable.
Mo Dao Zu Shi 2 is the only one I'm looking forward too. If it goes by the novel it'll be freaking amazing But I am planning on picking up King's Avatar so I am lowkey up for season 2 of it. Ironic since both of those are donghua

@@TheSkyrimInquisitor fair, but vinland saga is a long running series that's like 200+ chapters in the manga, and trust me when I say that it's well written (i think). If you do have time to spare, consider Vinland saga over King's Avatar.
The only onw i waited for isekai is just arufureta..i read the manga..its good and instead on focus on godlike magic..the main hero use alchemist to make weapon from his world like revolver..rail gun and even bunker buster..
yeh isekai was 5+ years ago... stories were oversaturated and all pretty similar harem stories. Dwelve into the best Chinese and Korean LN/WNs, and most of them are better than Japanese ones these days. Japanese writing has been declining... China's back on top for novels, ever since Jin Yong passed away. There is just no way Anime will do good with Japanese writings now when China has all the better storylines waiting to be animated/directed.

The King's Avatar and The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation are two of the titles I am looking forward to the most in the summer lineup :D However, there are a handful of these that piqued my interest too, so I'll probably get around to those eventually as well :D
VINLAND SAGA!!! Never thought I'd ever see a PROPER "Old Norse" styled anime... Where they do more than just label things in their world names from Norse Mythology/Sagas. Closest we've come before this is the game "Banner Saga"... But to have a legitimate anime - and from WIT STUDIO???!! Like, am I dreaming?? The 2 things I love most, My family history and Anime coming together... Just HYPE.

I hope Yinland Saga does super well so we see more seinen anime from now on. Imagine an adaptation of Pluto by Madhouse, Oyasumi PunPun by MAPPA, etc. that’d be crazy!

Damn, there are a lot of interesting anime that will air during Summer 2019. Enen no Shouboutai, Naka no Hito Genome, EGiven, To Aru Kagaku no Accelerator and Kanata no Astra(this one seems the most appealing to me). And a lot of standard stuff, be it hare mor not. Also pretty excited for another movie from Shinkai Makoto.
