Awesome. I’m a 50 year old getting my kids into mountain biking. So glad I found your channel. Once we “graduate” from the trails behind Don Guanella, Smedley and the Haverford Reserve I think this will be the first “real” trails we will hit.
Glad to see I am not the only one who cased the "little gap jump" into A Frame.
This place looks awesome! Moving nearby in a couple months. Can’t wait to check it out!
Great Edit, Sage. I only got one super shirt trip to Spring before getting injured this season unfortunately...nice riding!
Amazing what people can do with little elevation. This place looks rad though! Awesome job on all of those drop man! Looked like you cleaned everything very smoothly.
I know right?! We have to get creative over here in Philly. Thanks for the kind words. I look forward to going back and exploring some more.
You guys are awesome riders, that’s a tough place to ride, I remember racing there many yrs ago. Great vid, perfect camera placement!
After all these stunts, riding into each other 😂😂😂! Your videos are great fun. Great camera work too.
Good stuff dude. You made that trail look easy. Nice riding.
Thx brotha. It's been a long time coming. This place really challenges you to push yourself.
This is probably the most intense episode of "Just Ride". Man I thought you were gonna hit a tree on some of those sharp turns. A lot of crazy stunts/jumps on this episode, but you make it look so easy as usual. Another wild ride with TrailSage.
Dude you're comments always brings a smile to my face. Your positivity and excitement are infectious brotha. Thank you for pushing me.
A great video. Cool edit. What a great trail. Amazing jumps buddy and fantastic work. It was fun to watch. Keep it up. Have fun and ride on
awesome place, its was Launch when I started ridding it but eventually sold the big bikes and stopped doing parks. Went again a few times last year on my Enduro bike, looks even better now like someone has been doing a bunch of trail work. Going to give it a try next on my trail bike next week sometime, try and find ride some of the XC trails and pick my way down A Frame going around the larger drops and gaps.
Yeah, I was impressed with how much work had been done. I haven't been back this year yet, but I am looking forward to checking off a few more boxes. Thanks for commenting Ray and have fun!
Wow Sage that was an epic ride and gnarly is right on. Enjoyed watching and learning! Really appreciated you talking us through what you were doing and experiencing Thanks!
Right on, thx Reto. I think its important to show the process, not just the outcome.
I'm only 15 minutes away! Def gonna see if I can try and go this weekend
I doubt the trails will be ridable this time of year since its a ski park in the winter. I would check back in the Spring time. Thanks for watching.
@@TrailSage ofc! My bike is currently being serviced , and that makes more sense anyways thank youn
I ride here all the time. A-frame is my go to trail here. There is so much tech here.
Great riding boys! Let me know the next time you’re headed there and I’ll tow you into any drops or gaps you want to try
What an amazing mountain bike! That's a great adventure. Big Like...Have a nice evening!
So cool, what an amazing ride! Scary in some spots, a tree or rock comes up so quickly! Loved the video!
Those trails look INSANE!!! Great riding Sage!!
Thx Kris. They were nuts! I am slowly coming back to form and looking forward to checking a few more off the list.
Great video and filming! Looked like a blast to ride. Some more slang I’m not familiar with though “case” and “toe in”.
Thanks Steven. When your back tire does not clear the landing and hits the top lip or edge that is called a "case". A "tow in" is when someone who knows the obstacle or feature leads you in and shows you the line and speed.
@@TrailSage I thought that may be what case meant. One of the jumps you landed on top of the lip and said case. Ah ok makes sense. Like they are pulling your around. From the car racing world “toe in” means the front of the front tires are angled in.
You should come back and hit more of the trails this year! We've been continuing work, and you missed a lot of the most unique and fun features on the mountain!
For sure! I love all the new building you guys are doing. We plan on hitting more stuff as we get more comfortable. You guys have some legit gnarly stuff there. Thank you for all your hard work!
Nice bike! I have the Shark Bite Mojo 3. That thing is so much fun on the trails! Awesome to see some of Spring Mt and how it looks now. I live close but still never got the chance to ride there. Keep up the great content!
Love that colorway, and I agree, the Mojo is a great trail bike. Spring has definitely changed a lot in the last ten years, but it is still gnarly and fun. Hope you get there soon. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Insane stuff Sage! That was madness I still dont know how you go that fast down those trails. That crash at the end looked bad 🤣 great video as always buddy keep em coming! 😎🤘🏻
lmk when you come back, i just got back into riding. would love to get some montages
Welcome back Roger. I'm not sure when I will get back to Spring but I heard there is some new stuff so I'm itching to get back. Thanks for watching brotha!
Epic stuff … between a drop or a jump, mine’s a fall!
@@TrailSage right?! I just did a run with my phone in my pocket…I’m literally miles behind you 😂❤️
Rode hear today place is so gnarly gotta get over my drop fear
I know right?! The GoPro doesn't do it justice. Glad you didn't get hurt. Those drops will be there waiting for you next time.
@@TrailSage few scratches on my subframe and front forks which hurt lol but had 2 clean runs A frame and attempted the race course so gnarly could get any flow
Going here tomorrow afternoon
@@TrailSage yes and jumps getting ready for mt creek works on getting my speed back how many trail although a frame looks like perfect
Sage, great video. Spring Mt looks like a challenging place to ride. In this video you show 2 trails, are there any more trails?
Your boys would love it Stick. I wish I could tell you how many total trails there are, but I have no idea. TrailForks lists about 7 or 8, but I know there are more.
Great video! Awesome teamwork! Researching full face helmets myself, any recommendations?
Fox Proframe for sure David! It literally saved my life, lol. Thanks for watching
Is this place still here? Going to the spring mountain website doesn’t mention anything whatsoever about the bike park and I want to go soon if it’s still there
Hey J, Yeah it's still there, and continues to evolve and get better. However there is still no lift service so prepare to climb a lot, lol.
Should have just went on A-frame. I went on Area 51 & Jaws and ate it. Not super fun lol
Good place for a beginner lol 😆
Oh yeah I didn't see it thanks for the info good luck with your adventure be safe
How hard is the fire road climb ?
Hey Nate, it's not hard at all, but it's 450 feet to the top so it's taxing. Ideal for an ebike.
@@TrailSage thanks. It was nice when they had a lift going. A little sketchy getting on the chair with your bike as it was moving lol
This was such a fun day!! Great job capturing our stoke level. Another awesome video bud! (And for anyone still reading comments... The parking lot crash was completely Sage's fault 🤣😋)
Lol I accept all the blame. Can’t wait to get back brotha! Thx again for the extra push
