Rather than a factory it’s probs a chocolate shop, so like chefs and bakers you just have to wash hands rather than gloves (depending on countries etc)
Most chefs and cooks don't wear gloves but they do wash their hand thoroughly. But Idk about the regulations in your country

As a german engineer I can assure we'd send this back to design phase before even considering connecting it to power.
disappointingly surely if the dust cover is down then no one would be at risk of injury. There may be another e stop on the outside of the machine

i was thinking everything was cool - until i saw naked hands -_- is it really that hard to put on protective gloves while handling food products??
you would be shoked to know what happens to food products when no inspectors are looking. my guess is that every third food production company is only one spill of secrets away from being shut down.
Sally Bratrsovsky well i haven't use any of these machines but there are cases where you should not use a glove for safety reasons, the staff safety i mean i know sounds crazy but it's true, and they might had previously clean their hands, is like cheese making mozzarella they don't use gloves. That might be a reason why.

Theres this thing called HACCP. Wich is food safety. But also product safety and workers safety. And thats why they dont always use gloves. They do have to wash their hands through specific soaps and alcohols and was their arms too and such.

Stopped watching after the first one, first, not once did I see any hand protection as in rubber gloves to prevent contamination, and at 1 minute, it change from a man in uniform to a guy with a watch on wearing flannel, like can anyone just walk into this factory and make chocolate for the country???
You cant wear rubber gloves cuz some people are allergic and so they use double hand washing procedure
