- This video is about 1999 model ENFIELD INDIA MACHISMO which is converted into OLD STANDARD CI ENGINE without changing whole engine as most of the people changes whole engine.You can see the difference in the thump & beat before & after modification.

Bhai dislike logo ne isliye kiya hai ki iska 1998 model cast iron ke sath hi ata tha machismo ka too change krne kki bajaye vo lee aate aap isliye shyd logo ne dislike kiya hoo. But mileage kam hoo gya hoga iska mera machismo 5 speed hai avl engine or 50 ka mileage niklta hai ajj v itne saalo baad

@@user-mg7og9oe8n In this UCE engine bullet timing is retired so if you go long drive bullet will get over heat and then engine will get chize .......it is only perfect for video but not for riding

Actually I'm thinking of modifying oil circulation system of my standard ci into A. V. L Model's oil circulation system as we know that AVL has a better oil cooling system. Can we do that??? Is it possible? If so, What needs to be changed and I would like to have your views on that like advantages and disadvantages.

very good video.sir if sleeve bearing which connect front sprocket is damage what will be affect.my bike chain when in speed make scratching sound in the front side.i suggest its sprocket set or chain wear but mechanic suggest its bearing of gear sleeve.please kindly suggest your opinion bike is electra 5s ci

Hi frd i have 80 modal std bullet look like vindage 52 modals body i thik alder 4 speed gearbox to 5 speed gear box its impossible which one is gd
So for avl engine you have changed the whole internal engine??? How is it compatible???

Original company one but it's rare to get it now

India Nippon CDI is come with compay fitted and it is not working so I hve buy original CDI but the original CDI is not working and it is not India Nippon some other company come in original packaging.
I hve try swiss also and it is also not settings on it .
The bike is doing miss firing on both..
Sir.. Mera pass bhi 2003 model ka AVl LB CDI 350 hein.. Iska instant pick up low hein aur engin ka sounds bhi Jyada hein.. Mein Cam kit aur Tipet valve and guide changed karne ka soch raha hu.. Aur Tipet valve and guide ko change karne ka tarika bataye please..

Yes but why would you do that it will drop your mileage machismo was made for more mileage soo better you can change your bike not only convert your engine
I think there is a tappet noise and backlashes is there also

avl engine ke head valve spring hard hothe hey ..esliye cam wheel cut hothey hey ...q ke aluminium engine heat resistant metal hey and jaldi sound aney ke chance jada hey...esliye head valve spring standard model ke use karay tho tik rehthaaa...sound nhi rehtha and cam wheels be jada life daygaaaa..😊
@@pavansingh347 AVL engine mai STD engine ka maja nahi aata hai isliye change kiya hai ...logo nai to pura engine hi change kiya hai.....humne to STD ka parts lagaya hai aap uska beat suno ..... valve ke spring ke karan se cutta to har AVL me cam or tappet cutna magta tha mere pass bhi hai AVL 2003 model with sidecar aaj tuk kuch nahi huva
