It's honestly impressive that changing nothing that was already there and just adding wings and a katana to Cynthia's design instantly changes her from a normal human into a fallen angel without looking out of place at all. It kind of makes me realize that Cynthia's black dress looks pretty villainous to begin with, despite her being about the exact opposite of a villain in reality.
As the secret boss in Pokémon Hearts, she was tough. They changed her voice in PHII and she got easier to deal with, especially since you can Switch when she uses OctoGarchomp.
Never in my life would I have thought that Cynthia with Sephiroth characteristics like the wing and the Masamune would be legitimately cool and terrifying, but it fits quite well.

I do Nuzlockes. Cynthia is one of the easier Champions once you know what you're doing(Challenge mode Iris is the hardest) DPPt: Spiritomb is pure setup bait, and then you just sweep(I like using Bibarel for sweeps in Platinum). Her Garchomp is easily crippled just by swapping in an Intimidate mon(Staraptor is the single most common mon in the game, and Intimidate Luxray can also happen). BDSP: Spiritomb is no longer a joke, but still setup bait for most specially tanky mons. Wormadam for example sweeps with incredible ease. Garchomp is more of a threat thanks to Swords Dance, but you should basically never be in a situation where it can threaten you at all. The actual scariest mon on her team is her Milotic.
