Amelia's Makeover- Part Three: Dazzling 77 Year Old in 8 Medium Length Wigs (Godiva's Secret Wigs)

In this video, Ro is joined by Amelia and her husband, Tom. About 8 months ago, Amelia started experiencing hair loss and even some bald spots. It was determined that it was caused by stress from multiple surgeries. Amelia and her husband drove 16 hours so that Amelia could come sit in Rochelle's chair for the makeover of a lifetime!
In Part One, Ro put our Moodiful Makeup on Amelia, to get her ready for wigs! In Part Two, she tried on 5 shorter wig styles. And now in Part Three, Amelia is trying on 8 medium length wigs!
Amelia will try on pageboy wigs, layered wigs, and wavy wigs. Wigs with bangs and some without bangs. And she will try on lots of gorgeous colors, from blonds to reds and a few of our top grey colors too! Enjoy!

I know conventional wisdom is to go shorter and lighter with age, but in the right style, I think length can be so youthful. These were great choices for her.

It was so surprising to see that Amelia, with her fine features, could wear wigs that I would consider lots of volume. I felt she could wear anything you threw at her and Tom is going to go home with a harem of Amelia’s!

Honestly I don't think there's a color Amelia can't wear! However, I think she needs to know that women with long, long hair need and wear wigs too. I'm only a year younger than she is and when I was lucky enough to visit you my hair was down past my hips! I've since cut it to just below shoulder length primarily because it's easier to put my wigs on!
Now I have to scold you, Rochelle. You KNOW we watch your videos for the payoff, that "Which wig will she choose?" moment. You PROMISED! And then the video ended and I still don't know what she decided on! Is there a fourth video coming with the big reveal...I hope...?

Diana in Frosted Taupe and Aria in Mochachino. She is just cute as a button, isn't she? I just cant' believe she's 77! I have watched all three videos she has been in, and I still am amazed! She’s so beautiful. I absolutely love bangs on her. So amazing to see the difference in different shades of the same color can make. With blue eyes she’ll get more compliments wearing either silver or white hair. It just works.
I loved the way Diana can be pushed up and away from the face.
She absolutely can wear long hair with her face structure and I can’t at 63.

Is Amelia going to be wearing her wigs with tape or wig band? Im asking because I have even less hair than Amelia and have problems with sliding. And caps slide because my bio hair creates a slippery surface.

From the grays, Diana LF in Frosted Taupe 26:40 gets my vote! The way that it frames her face and complements her skin tone really accentuates Amelia's features. It didn't need any back combing or fussing with it. The moment she put Diana LF on it looked like it was growing out of her own head because of the hairline.
Madison in Creamy Toffee was even nicer! That longer length is youthful and fun. She is so pretty that she can't go wrong. I wonder which wigs she chooses. I like how you affirmed that we/she can choose any length at any age. Amelia looks pretty in short, medium or long hair.

Amelia maybe looks 60 ……at the oldest! I looked at her eyes, her neck and even the upper part of her chest under her neck and she looks extremely young. I love the wigs that are closer to her own hair color…the dark colors and super light colors do not blend well with her skin. Madison is the best for long wigs, ….it’s jut so hard because she looks great in so many. Well, I can’t wait to see what she goes home with! What a lovely woman and her husband is a gem! ❤❤❤
