Kobbari mitai is one of the old favourites on my family, though of late youngsters are conscious about what they eat...so kobbari mitai has become a victim. 😂
I have been making this for many years now. The only difference in how I make is that I mix sugar and grated coconut together and keep on medium flame. I don’t add any water. Sugar will soon melt and the rest of the procedure is like how you show. It is faster.
Fool proof sweet.
I also make kobbari mitai with ona kobbari thuri....same procedure as with th fresh coconut.
