Because this game is split into chapters and you can replay each chapter as many times as you want before you move to the next chapter and as the guy has said you can come back to a chapter with all the gear you previously had to try make it easier to get a better score. So that is your new game plus mode.

@@kyllianpeches2723 Yeah there is, example you can perform an Ashen vindicator synergy attack at the end of your Thunderous advance combo. But make sure you have a full unity to execute it. Different weapons have different prerequisites for their synergy attacks.

Did you perform the combo which was prerequisite for unleashing the synergy attack?
