Fine job till a hydraulic line blows because I'm sure none of those cylinders have check valves like a lift or bucket truck would have in case of a line failure.
Its difficult when you have a machine worth $40,000 and you work for a company so cheap they won't even buy a trailer that can unload equipment. Good operator, terrible company.
And I guarantee this guy still has more useful skills than you will ever have with your 6 TH-cam followers in the 10 years you've been "making content"
@@wumbologypatrick You're a 🤡. "Useful skills"?? So if he would've fell into oncoming traffic, would it have been a useful skill? As for my 6 subscribers, I don't make content dummy!! Sketchy as heck. Way easier if he had turned the machine around on the flatbed so he could put the blade on the ground first. I do it all the time. And wear your seatbelt.
That's a ridiculous thing to do. As an operator of a 325 cat I can tell u we only unload like this if we have no choice. This is just pretending to be an operator and putting urself and those passing cars at risk
I love seeing this method from foreign countries when they’re loading / unloading 20 ton excavators on an off 8-10 ton flatbed trucks and it’s not only bending the bed, but lifting the front of the truck 3-5’ off the ground... all while parked on an incline. 🤣
Great job showing off, but if he is such a gun operator.?? Why didn't he not take the stress off his drive motor and those tiny little rubber tracks, and bucket steer the turn he did on the way into the driveway. Or should I say the shakey shake,
And we wonder why we have so many dumb rules in the construction industry. Hope he got slapped with a heafty fine. If not keep on doing it he will end up dead yet
Dangerous...if a hydraulic line snapps...whaaaaam...broken neck. I can see doing this in an emergency...but ramps or a equipment trailer is a must....I have been in excavating 30 years...I would never allow this as a normal loading procedure. I notice a lot of youtube videos from out side the US do this a lot.
This is how they get rubber-tired backhoes onto the tops of gondolas to unload ties for the railroad. Yes, hydraulic lines break, but usually under a lot more load than this. I’ve had them break on machines with a fully loaded bucket, and right by a truck I was loading. I was lucky. I had just started, so the hydraulic fluid was cold. I got DRENCHED in it. Loaded up, went back to the shop, replaced the line, and had my wife bring me clean clothes. Hydraulic fluid NEVER comes out, so my clothes got tossed into the trash! As far as this loading? I would do it. I know what those things are capable of, and how to keep them out of trouble. This isn’t the worst this machine will be in!
Get out of the cabin before someone gets killed! You make almost every possible fault here! This clearly shows that you have to little experience to load/unload without ramps. 1. The show starts already at 4 seconds by not using dipper in while tracking with the bucket on the ground. An experienced operator would never sink to that level. It would be far below his dignity. This just creates "scrub marks" on the ground, the visible sign of a newbie that is trying to do much more than he should. 2. Tracking with the track levers instead of using the foot pedals clearly shows that he should have chosen another carrier. And he isn´t even having his hands at the levers, in such a situation. 3. 2:12 once again scraping the bucket to the ground to show that he isn´t capable of doing it the right way. 4. 2:30 Tracking with at least one track in the air. This is one of the reasons you should NOT load a digger with the blade to the front if you intend to climb of the skip. The other one is safety. It is always much safer to load/unload with the blade to the rear of the skip. 5. 2:50 Turning to the left where all the traffic are. 6. 3:04. Scraping the bucket on the bed. Sweet Baby Jesus! Get out of the cabin! 7. 3:12 to 3:30. Is this a joke? 8. 3:41. Someone says "beutiful". What? Ok, it was beutiful to make that many mistakes and survive but I guess that wasn´t what was meant. 9. 3:40-3:47, turning the undercarriage 90 degrees without lifting the tracks from the asfalt? Yes, probably ok for a newbie that doesn´t know how to do it right but not ok for a real digger operator.
RobbanxC I'm not an operator Just helping a friend I pump concrete, and watching these guys stair at this for about 39 min I was fuck it let me try this shit
Some excavators have really bad pedals.. on excavator i sometimes work on you cant go straight with pedals.. To be honest it is obvious he isn't a skilled operator.
Think Float Blade should be first off the truck and lowered all the way down, then flip around with bucket. But truck driver is needed to drive truck away. So I guess this is the only way for a one man show unload.
+goodcat1982 if you knew anything about excavators you would know that operating them like that will damage the machine. plus he was lucky he did not have an accident and hurt himself = inexperienced
Totally agree. Ramps are for weaklings. And they cost like 500 Dollars!!! Ok they save you 10 minutes arriving and departing every single day, but what the hell...

Good video .I just going to fix my ramp. Thanks for the warning!
That is real easy to do. He made it look hard.
you are correct. touch the tracks.spin bucket on bed ,walk off,too easy
I love all these comments
Yea I might be dumb and yes I'm not an operator but fuck it was fun !! Thanks all for watching
It would have been about 500 times easier if he would have walked off blade first.
Simple as you see but SAFETY FIRST is the best GOT IT

good skill, greetings from Indonesia country chanel👍
I've seen this done before and it didn't look nearly as difficult as this guy made it look.
I've watched like 10 of these and this guy was obviously new at it. The pros all had their first time also once. This guy just filmed his.

He had the bucket too far ahead and the blade should have been on the other side
Not bad for your first time.
Hope the customer wasn`t paying delivery time on this job. Well done old mate, but a pair of ramps would help!
crazy! i love this kinda stuff 👍
Is this standard procedure for these things?
No!
@@emosean66 didn't think so lol

Hey, it’s my machine!
why do that next to a busy road. If you flipped the machine someone could get killed.
and spin, into traffic, you could have spun the other way, goes to show i dont think he knows this machine very well
He is an absolutely shit operator. Now you know he doesn't know the machine at all.
With a bit of luck.
yeah but the earth is overpopulated and if you read any youtube comments you know most people are a-holes.
Never a doubt, didn't even bother to stop traffic.
great job
Clever brave and skilful but a few dollars on ramps would make life easier and the job a lot quicker.
not only is it safer than ramps, it's faster too! lol!

Tak tak gwoździe też można wbijać kamieniem . Niepotrzebne utrudniania sobie życia wystarczą dwie przenośne rampy i koparka zjeżdża w 5 sec
Why wouldn't you just get a set of ramps 😂
Should have dropped the blade sooner to lift the bucket off the trailer. Good stuff though
Fair play you got it off and most likely 90% of people commenting couldn't do
It but why do it on a busy road

A pair of sliding ramps and he could load/unload that while he's thinking about doing it this way.
Glad the engine is dry-sumped, or the pick-up would be sucking air instead of oil. Oh, that's right, it's not dry-sumped. Whoops...
Wouldn't even attempt that at half the height. Ramps are cheap compared to what could happen.
