you can pink crit with coffinlock heavy with souls cuz of its increased crit chance with the souls :D

You can also use the rogue armor for a guranteed pink crit with a heavy attack

Let it be known you can crit with kai without dodge accesories
If you use keen lens and the heavy attack of the iron battle axe is already a granted pink crit

You forgot the iron battleaxe that has a garanteed crit on the heavy, and with more crit chance it will become pink crit.
use lucky wooden dagger and most crit chance build, you can p crit(requires the lens that increases crit chance below 50% hp)
