Good Morning Taco - - General area of New Hope, Newtown, Bristol, Lambertville area was just basically dealing with aftermath of the storm ... Some roads closed, bridges blocked off, Some tree damage, very high levels in the various local creeks and rivers .... Thus people were not in a shopping mood ... (Sometimes you eat the bear and other times the bear eats you) ..... Have a good day and there is always tomorrow ....
Hi from Ky. I have a gravel driveway too. We were told not to put salt on it. It does something to the dirt causing it to become very soft. So we've never put salt on it. We have used kitty litter. Lol. We've also picked up used concrete slabs that were broken to fill in the ruts. That worked pretty good. Hope your driveway problems get better!😅
Another entertaining video. I feel your frustration, my driveway is gravel and it frequently gets washed out. I have added Quik Crete to the gravel and it helped. Thanks letting me tag along TS.
In my neck of the woods we used quick Crete to lock the small stone down sprinkling the dry powder when it’s not too wet or about to rain hard usually there’s enough moisture to make it stay in place till it can dry and set. May have to do it in the worst places a few times before it gets well set into place. Don’t know if it’d work for you but might be worth a try.
Well Taco at least you sold some things so it wasn’t a total washout (no pun intended). Maybe you should start setting some cash aside to one day get your driveway asphalted. Just a thought! I too have a lot of projects to do and I’m way behind due to several illnesses the past year. But, I will get them done!! Give sweet Salsa a hug from me! Blessings always….stay safe & warm! ❤️✝️
Like you said Brother, the joy of having a gravel driveway! At some point it will find it's level and the maintenance won't be as much. You're young enough, you may even see that day! 😂😂😂 I enjoy your videos! A total on your day would be nice though. But any sale is better than sitting home making nothing. Keep this going Brother!
I love it when you do a weather report of where you are at the time. And also at your home. I live in Florida and enjoyed very much seeing the snow. I grew up on the East Coast so I know all the issues with snow. It is beautiful seeing the results of a snow storm. One day a snow is plenty long enough. Just so you don't have to drive in it. So thanks for filming the snow. Enjoyed it so much.
In Houston TX if it is 45 out nobody is doing jack outside I am really surprised a flea in a more norther state would even be open from November to the end of March.
@@DJboutit2 Hi do you live in Houston? My eldest son, daughter in law and Grandchildren are in Spring near Houston living and working. My daughter in law works for Exxon Mobil in HR Management. I have been very worried about them seeing the storms and even tornadoes on UK TV, any news that could reassure me.? Julie in Chester.
Good morning to you Taco. You have done pretty good selling at the flea market. I really like the vases that you have. I hope that you and Salsa enjoy the rest of your day.
If I'd seen it that dead, I might have turned around and gone home. The storm that killed the flea made a bit of a mess up by me too. Puddles and wet basements mostly. Note to Taco: no power means no customers. (they have bigger fish to fry. The blue and white pottery - Bombay Company, a mall store that was at its height in the mid-90s. Closed down since. My driveway is paved, so I don't have to deal with gravel personally. My church did for years though until they got smart and paved the parking lot.
There’s a few TH-cam videos on gravel driveway repair. Key to long gravel sloped is multiple 16:34 slightly slanted depressions that cross the drive. Those depressions direct allow water to flow to side versus flow the entire length of drives thus washing even compacted gravel away.
Just think about it and put in a driveway and it will cost you 3000$ but every time it rains or storms or snow you will still have that driveway. Plus gives your house more equity when you sell it
I agree, I wrote yesterday that the area where he loads & unloads the van would be so much better if it was paved. It might help with the continuing flooding in his basement
I agree with the weather talk, if the weather is a main topic on the news, heat, smoke, storms, cold, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods etc fewer people going out to shop. B (But a bonanza for TH-cam and Whatnot sellers)
Looks so cold there. I'd try and sell those blue & white dishes when there are more people around. Probably too many people doing storm clean up. We are bracing for 7-12+ inches of snow, 35-50 mile an hr wind gust!!
We are curious if you sold that pretty lamp you were afraid might fall off got sold? You had so many pretty things there today, wish more buyers had come by and bought stuff.
Get some bags of ready mix concrete and place them along areas that drain off. Don’t empty the bags and it will harden and keep your gravel in place. Just an idea.
One time I sold at cowtown in the winter There was four vendors including me.. ugh!!! I sold something way too cheap just to make some money.. no vendors.. ugh.. no money… the die hards will always come shop
That sounds just like something I might do. Resellers are nuts sometimes. I love to get out there but then once I’m there I realize it’s a waste. Oh well.
Hi Taco. I’m sorry about the drive way. I know you’ve been fighting with it but you got some tips for it maybe you can give it a try. Nice to see you at the flea market. It’s a shame it wasn’t a busy day. But you did sell enough to make it worth going so that’s good. All the crazy weather out there doesn’t help. It’s been nuts here but not as bad as where you’re at. Take care. PEACE. ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️🥰🥰🥰🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🦮🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
I think you should get with a couple buddies and do a sale in a building or barn. If a few of you do the sale together, hopefully make ut worh your while in the Winter. Maybe set it up the day before.
I watched Renee yesterday. She showed and mentioned you, Taco Stacks. You blocked her camera at one point. Seems you should include her. It does reflect poorly on you.
1 day closer to Spring Taco! Not a terrible day for January in Pennsylvania.
Morning Taco n Salsa❣️🐾🐾❣️☕☕stay warm 👍🤓👍 thanks for sharing

What state? PA? NJ?
@@MarciEllsworth Hello Lambertville and Bucks county are on opposite sides of the Delaware River
Hi Taco..Happy it was worth your trip.A lot of areas got hit really bad last couple days.
Glad you got some sales and happy your driveway was not obliterated!🤗💖🦋
"Another day, another nickel ...or something like that". What a great opening line. I laughed out loud.

I've Googled that lately and didn't know if it was worth doing that or not. Good to know that it seemed to help yours.
I got such a laugh at your ‘random’ tool hoard!! That’s enough tools for several lifetimes!! Too funny!!
Thanks for taking us to the flea!
Love the “Another Day another nickel!” Made me and my husband laugh out loud!! Thanks for the laugh Taco!
Good afternoon Taco ❤

I am surprised the flea market is even open now. Glad you had enough sales to make it worthwhile.

You have alot of really nice things..consider taking to a consignment antique mall instead of getting rid of them ..maybe do more research..good luck❤

🐻❄ Maybe you should change your name to Polar Stacks today..⛄ More power to you!
You are such a hard worker. Love when you and Renee work together. Great friends are wonderful to have. Be safe and keep up the good work 😊

He lives not too far from me in PA. To pave that driveway would be at least $10,000.
Here in central TX we had that wind Tuesday and part of Wednesday. Glad its gone. Next week 12 degrees coming. Have a great day ❤
I can’t imagine that morning cold… burr
9:05 Salsa says: I've got some floppyness too!!
You had some really high end stuff today.
Well if it was warm or spring you have more people
Hi, taco I love the adventures that you have every day. Love to see them look forward to Them😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
so sorry about the driveway. being a homeowner is always a work in progress.
Keep livin the dream, Taco Stacks and Salsa. ✌️✌️✌️

Love the sound of gravel when you step on it.
Thanks for the trip to the flea market That dinner wear that looked Like festa ware serval companies in US made copies
The box of not fiesta dishes is harlequin

There's never enough tools! May I suggest your next vehicle come equipped with a plow?
Just a couple videos ago you had a chance to grab a box of glass for widows ! That glass would have worked to repair your broken windows!
We are curious if you sold that pretty lamp you were afraid might fall off got sold? You had so many pretty things there today, wish more buyers had come by and bought stuff.
Well, it's winter, cold/chilly and not long after Christmas. That may be why the place is half deserted.
Get some bags of ready mix concrete and place them along areas that drain off. Don’t empty the bags and it will harden and keep your gravel in place. Just an idea.
Wow it was windy
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ love u 2
Looks like you have some good deals at the flea mkt Taco!
Is good to found trash 🗑️ and sale ...good taco 🌮..
It's a hard life for sure❤❤❤
Winter is a "no bueno" for flea markets. The weather has a lot to do with it too.
Fun day ✌🏻

Hey taco why are you hiding behind your truck ?
Hey Taco! The low-level shot of your driveway reminded me of the X-wing Death Star trench run in Star Wars! Wooo!🛸
😊
Hey it sucks in Florida too!
It’s probably the first opening of the year I bet next time they have one it won’t be that bad on vendors I bet at least 25 more
is blue bus dave still about ??
didn't see him this go around
@TacoStacks but he is still about, Just not making videos?
Great Video!
👏👏👏❄️❄️👍🏻🤠🇬🇧
I wish I was there , to buy you everything , 😃

wow, if i knew you were there i would have come by. I can always use bubblewrap plus i saw other items to buy
Don’t worry k Tony will definitely be set up by noon 😂
Damn weather dampens the sale…
Add some sand to your driveway mixture
Was that crushed run or straight up gravel on your driveway?
Hi Taco. Is that a penguin silver ice bucket. Is it still for sale. Love your channel. Give Salsa a hug from me
Pea stone with tar covering it. Many streets in C'bus OH have this type of system.
What did you get outta the sled if you don’t mind me asking
I see that you sell bubble wrap. If you ship bubble wrap do you wrap your bubble wrap with bubble wrap before you ship your bubble wrap. 😅
Sometimes fiesta ware is unmarked.
Seems like a constant struggle with the driveway. Building muscles the hard way. Another big storm coming...crazy weather.
💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰 hi from Texas ❤️
Oh and to the person who called him rude saying he wasn’t talking to her.. they shared a spot …watch her video….
About your drive why not ask someone that puts in brick driveway what they use.
❤❤❤ Hi Taco your yearly headache never ending work for u. Maybe build a gully if u now the flow😊
I thought flea markets were closed in your area
I think you should get with a couple buddies and do a sale in a building or barn. If a few of you do the sale together, hopefully make ut worh your while in the Winter. Maybe set it up the day before.
Can you ship your bubble 🫧 wrap to the UK. As I like to have 2 rolls. They'll ok very good.
That's hardcore bro 💪 👏 Is it spring yet? Lol
I watched Renee yesterday. She showed and mentioned you, Taco Stacks. You blocked her camera at one point. Seems you should include her. It does reflect poorly on you.
LOL No way Your crazy dude
If you at least did two hundred you did ok. If it isn’t too far from your home $150 would be ok
rent a plate compactor ,looks like a push mower
Hire a plate compactor.
Where I come from
I wish that I was there. I still will pay your white bunny 🐇🙂
Queen Salsa makes an appearance 🐕🦺 😋 😍 Thanks for sharing her with us 🐕🦺
I will buy your white bunny 🐇🙂
Those color plates come from the dollar tree they’re made in China and there’s no name on the bottom 😊
