    I was 10 hours in to a headache that was so earth shattering for me I felt that I was losing my mind. I am pregnant and can't take medication but I tried herbal teas and magnesium spray and everything I could think of. I knew I needed outside help and thought to look for a guided meditation that would let me focus on a soothing voice directing me around my body that had soothing background music while I breathed deeply. I don't mean to be overly dramatic but the pain had reached a truly unbearable level to the point that I was becoming afraid. I am no stranger to severe pain, and am experienced in dealing with chronic severe pain, but this headache was a whole other level (feeling like my soul was fracturing and like my conscious mind was trying to leave my body to get away and I was having to focus not to go unconscious- In disbelief that the ER was starting to sound like my only option with their bright lights and crazy drugs and ivs etc) and the fear was starting to take me over, I was thinking I can't do this I need help fast.. and this meditation honestly brought me from that breaking point and brought me back down to a 9/10 on the pain scale, then to an 8 and then to a 7 and I was remarkably able to fall asleep. I slept a good 12 hours, waking up occasionally to maybe a pain level 6 and I was able to keep falling asleep until I woke up and the pain was at a 3 and I could get up and move around. this video is now very dear to my heart! thank you I listened to it 3 times in a row it was the only thing I could find that soothed me. also I will add the entire 12 hours I spent lucid dreaming and did a lot of deep healing work in my subconscious and was very mindful and productive with all that wonderful lucid dreaming. just realized I commenting from an account owned by a man with a man's name haha saying I'm pregnant but I'm just accidentally on some one else's account lol so for people who notice details just ignore that detail I'm not making this up or something just very grateful for the video and wanting to share my feedback

      Thanks for your review. I suffer really bad with Anxiety and depression and I am taking meds for it now but I'm so tired of it. I know exercise and some guided meditation can really help. I'm going to try this every night. I will keep you posted!!!

    OMG! I had the most amazing lucid dream after this meditation! I am a natural lucid dreamer, I have them from time to time, but I was never able to initiate one. This one was so perfect that the need to write everything down to remember was stronger that the need to sleep. Thank you! Thank you so much! :)

    This is wonderful. I have tried a similar lucid meditation once before, but this one gave me such vibrant and clear dreams. Normally I hardly ever remember anything once I wake up, but this time I could wake up at the alarm and snooze myself back into the dream I was having. Thank you.

    First time attempting lucid dreaming and although it's 1.30 am, it's gone better than j thought, I woke shortly after controlling what I believe to be my dream state, but had a reassuring experience calming any worries I have about current events and the future!

    I really love this piece of yoga nidra. I love your voice and the way you lead listeners into deeper layers of their subconscious. In fact I have been listening to this for 3 nights now and I already experienced one lucid dream (which was absolutely amazingly vivid) and overall better dream memory and awareness.     Although I didn't fall asleep- I was in a state i never have experienced before. My whole body was numb and I can't even describe the feeling. Afterwards when I moved my body still felt really odd. I enjoyed it just wish my insomnia didn't kill the state of whatever I was in- going to listen one more time and hope it works this time.

      These guided meditations will help us unstick blocked parts of our lives. We need to work through what an analyst would call arrested development. A good yogi or yogini with a yoga nidra practice would help. Usually yoga nidra is done as a group. We feel safer that way. Good luck with your journey.

    A little suggestion. Could you make all the videos like this one with blank screen and make them longer so we can listen to the music in backround bcs I listend to the whole video and then the video end and I got another video a lot brighter about the law of attraction. I want more videos with yoga nidra

    I don't know what it is about Yoga Nidra that makes it exceptionally effective. I have rarely heard all of the ones I use. There is something exciting and wonderfully new and challenging about focusing awareness on places we rarely think about. I also love some of the challenges, that aren't intellectual, but body focused. I think I like it for all the wrong reasons, lol.

    Wow.. Thank you so very much for This one. I just Loved it. Made me very, very relaxed and sleepy. But, I have one very restless leg that destroy it for me. It keeps On «kicking» Even When I tell it to stop. I tell it ti relax... but it will not. Anyway; This was a really good and very relaxing sleep meditation. More of these please 😴😴😴😴

    Went to a place that was inbetween wake and sleep, was there for ages, top of my head was really tingling! Then decided to go to sleep and stared lucid dreaming, saw lights in the sky and could smell burning (have never smelt in a dream before) I thought I hope my house where my body is sleeping isn't on fire, (wasn't worried though) so I knew I was dreaming. Saw my dad who has passed recently tell me that he believes in me. It was like I was dreaming but conscious at the same time, an experience I will never forget.     Thanks for the new meditation! I have a question: how important is the pose of lying on your back with your arms and legs out? I have some circulation issues and it's a bit difficult to focus when my leg is falling asleep. Any recommendations?

    Do you have any suggestions, advice, or guided meditation to help with guilt? Every night I am consumed with overwhelming guilt. I can't make up for lost time & it kills me inside. :(

    I tried doing this, and it would start to get me more relaxed and comfortable, then suddenly BAM advertisements every time I’m just getting comfortable. It completely ruins the meditation. Please demonetize this video.

    Lucid dreaming doesn't come that easy. I seen the place I wanted to go (came here from another meditation that had me almost at the palace, so used your voice to ground me and give me a point to wake up). I went to the place, and seen the entity I wanted to see, but then I couldn't hear her. It was weird. And then I was shoved back, my minds in sync once more with more questions than answers. But I made contact, or I think I did, so that's what matters, I suppose.

    Normally I really like your meditations, but I couldn't breathe for some reason during this one and then I stopped it and I was fine. I guess it just doesn't work on some people, right?

    Sorry... the spoken words we’re really helpful in relaxing, but the music became a real distraction the drone wash of sound was fine... but the plinking plonking plinking plonking of the guitar really started to irritate me and I had to turn it off... could you do just a spoken word version?

    I have to move on from these ads. Frustrating. 10 to 15 in my body is relaxing. Ads are freight trains
