I will say the mongers situation is interesting. dtd is very hit or miss, so avg players arent cracking it. the demand for mong is not that crazy bc it is such a specific card in its utility, so it could be the case that even if opening gets you mong cheaper than market, it may be the case that not enough people demand it at that rate to justify opening or buying off the market. i think many mong owners are also not incentivized to sell, so it'd be interesting to see if supply returns to the market
@@dozrFAB yeah it is interesting. But once 1 card pays more for a box in the majestic slot or 2x when you get boxes at distro the incentive to rip to open it is higher. As well as a lot of really great strong cards in dtd. I would bet stores that do fab singles start cracking boxes since dtd was not a very well received set.
