Thanks so much! 😊 Hope your year is off to a great start! Sorry I have not made it over in about a week. Christmas, birthday and New years plus a trip to the emergency room makes for a very busy time!
Hi Jovi! Great tutorial and beautiful collage. It is fun to make a central focus point. And it's interesting to see how much more freedom you have working on a sheet of paper vs in a journal. You didn't have to make the materials fit the size of the journal page.
Hi Jessie! The sheet of paper does allow for some freedom...and your collage can be mounted in a frame, on the outside of a journal or used as a card topper.
Hi Jovi, i am loving these videos! ❤ You are inspiring me! 😊 i liked that you cut around the girl. The page came out lovely!❤i hope you have a Happy Crafting New Year! 😊 Gina
Jovi, This turned out beautiful. I've been reviewing my memories from my teenage years (1967-1973), and I remember doing collages. After putting the collage together, I would paint over them with something. I don't know if it was Mod Podge or something else. I remember that it had a strong odor. I do have a question. You added the book page first. It was completely covered. Why would you add it at all? Stability, or you may have ended up letting some of it show. Thank you for sharing this video.
Hi there! Great question! Yes...I like to have a base...just in case there is an "open" area...then I don't have to try to "fill" it with something. Book pages are a great tool for that sort of thing.
Happy new year 🥂 great collage, love all the different textures with the gel print, photo and magazines love it 😍
