Meanwhile Reverse Flash was a paradox making him immortal and there is no way to reverse that meaning Goku Black in no way could kill Thawne. But all Thawne had to do was destroy the ring and he could kill Goku Black with ease then and there.

Truth is, the cosmic-tiers superheroes, guys like Superman, Thor, Wonder Woman, Scarlet Witch, and the Flash, are so goddamn ridiculous anyone of them could thrash a DBZ character with their eyes closed. Superman is NOT an outlier by any means. Remember, when Toriyama wrote Dragon Ball Z, he was specifically modeling his work after comic book superheroes, who had basically been doing the whole "casually obliterating universes," thing for decades already by that point. That's part of the reason why Dragon Ball Z feels so markedly different from classic Dragon Ball.
DC and Marvel characters have such long histories filled with both crazy and embarrassing feats that’s it’s very hard to judge their overall power. On-average (as in, where they’re usually written at) I’d say Dragon Ball characters are stronger, but at their peak DC and Marvel characters will always have the edge there. Plus, it’s not all about raw power. That’s something Dragon Ball fans need to realize, especially since the series has shown examples of that itself. Even if Goku Black was stronger than Reverse-Flash, Eobard’s abilities are more than enough to win regardless.

Reverse Flash himself is immortal because his entire existence is unaffected by his timeline due to him being removed from time itself from being inside the speed force when Flashpoint happened. Removing the time ring solves every problem Reverse Flash needs. Phasing through GB's chest, aging his body to dust, erasing his existence, stealing his speed, etc. There are many outs Reverse Flash can give to GB to end him
A good Death Battle you guys should react to is Trunks VS Silver (Note that in this one they use Xenoverse/Heroes Trunks and Archie Comics’ Silver, their most powerful versions)

Most common matchup I've seen for him is Richard Nixon from the Monument Mythos who created a Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman analogue like how Manhattan altered the DC Universe and that universe also had a Superhuman led the US to victory in Vietnam. He also sits on the moon in a similar pose to Manhattan sitting on Mars. Though a fan-made Death Battle already did the matchup.
