Cookup needs a little butter and cubes also a touch of casreep or Chinese sauce not sure if you like those stuff.you could put the batter in a flat tray so you roll the chicken better.

Nextime take the tip of your knife make the chicken small cut like how almost how you'd do saltfish so all seasoning can soak in under it I'll come out soso good ok
