If you go on lore only Grimgor would absolutely destroy Gor-rok, that's not really a fair matchup. Kroq-Gar is more than capable to put him into the ground as well. Make no mistake he's still a force to be reckoned with though. If the (bs) end times never happened and he had more time to grow in experience and gain more powerful relics to amplify his strength then it would've been a different story. He'd most likely surpass the mighty Kroq-Gar and become more than a match for Grimgor ironhide.

Despite Grimgor being more popular and known, Gor-rok is one of those hidden OP characters that there's not much information about, but they're at the top. Nakai, Kroq, Gor-rok, Mazdamundi, Kroak, there's no characters you can put against them. They are the foe that counters chaos pretty much, and more than one of em ran out of Chaos enemies to kill, chaos even fears one of them and actively avoids him.

I as well troglodon was my most anticipated unit for the roster. Hopefully we will get it as a special unit like the tomb kings and dark elves got theirs.
Mods just don’t cut it though. The razordon has massive spikes, how the hell will that work on a mod? Just going to color black and crudely put spikes on the model.
The idea at least lore wise I think is on foot with traditional weapons Gor-Rok wins it but bring in Grimlock or the hand of gods and that's a whole other ballgame.

I guess I agree with you a bit. Krok-Gar and Mazdamundi have their motives and are interesting in their own right. Gor-Rok has no personality or motive other than the Old One's Plans. But I still think having him in game would be very cool
