I absolutely love your kitchen! One day I hope to have one like it. Mine is sufficient and I don't want to complain, but a homesteading mom really needs a nice big kitchen! Your eclectic style warms my heart.
One of my new year resolutions is staying off my phone and you tube but your videos and a couple of other you tubers I will continue to watch because I feel they bring value to my life. Happy you finally have your big beautiful kitchen 😊
God has blessed you with a beautiful kitchen. I am so happy for you and your family. I know how making due can be extremely hard. I have that problem myself. I also have way too much stuff in my kitchen. 😂
Hi. I just found your channel and have loved it as I’ve binge watched a bunch of videos. Thank you for sharing and I hope I’ll continue to see you popping in from time to time. I will pray for you to have a sense of peace as you follow where God leads you. 💕
I was watching this video and the part you said you have a junk drawer for the first time came up. My daughter said “hey we have a junk drawer for the first time too.” 😂😂😂
I LOVE the looks of this kitchen. My house is so dusty, that I could never leave things out like this - we heat/burn coal & the blower runs from late Sept until beginning of June! I would have to hand wash all of that every week😆 Also going back to the genetic-part squirrel thing about me, I like to 'hide' things that are messy behind cabinets. But boy, oh boy, does that come back to bite me; can't find anything & stuff eventually starts spilling out of everywhere. People will ask, "How do you keep your house so neat?"...I walk over to a cabinet & DESTROY their illusions😅 But I have been trying to practice more gratitude concerning my cabinetry. I have 55 year old, used cabinets that were ALL we could afford - someone was removing them from their kitchen. They didn't fit, so my husband retrofitted them & did a good job - they look lovely, but they are not super functional. (they were supposed to be temporary, but 20 years later....LOL) I have one cabinet that goes deep into a corner & we call it the black hole! I lose everything back there & it NEVER stays neat. My kitchen is a workhorse...it is not a magazine-ready beauty. I have been trying to stop my bad habit of loudly proclaiming that "I HATE this cabinet" every time I go in there. I need to be better at being grateful for what I have. What I would really like is a manufacturing engineer person to come & show me how to better set up my kitchen to accommodate economy of movement. I feel like I waste a lot of time walking back & forth & am stymied by the set up that our house's old structure hindered.
You have a beautiful kitchen. I like how you used the wicker basket for your plastic containers. You might want to see if you can get a big planter holder that's on wheels. or maybe you can put wheels under the basket to protect the floor. BTW where did you get the jars that have the clamps on your jars that are next to your cart? Thanks, Sharon
Thank you, Copperhouse Farm, and the planter holder on wheels is a really good idea! The jars; they are no longer available! But here are some similar ones that I think would be better because these are stackable (mine are not) amzn.to/3CnLnja
So thankful to the Lord for remembering you and giving you, your heart desires. ❤ You are blessed

I’m so happy you did toe kick drawers!! I’ve been saying for years, I don’t know why more people don’t do that! It’s seriously a no-brainer!
I love your bright sunny open kitchen. You thrive there. ❤
