If you're talking about bouncing, my advice is to run at a higher fps than 110, try to aim for the edge of a ramp, and make sure the ramp isn't too steep. There is no easy 100% guaranteed method to bounce over and over consistently so it is a bit luck based, but you can increase the odds by lining yourself up correctly, falling at the appropriate speed and distance, as well as strafing properly, and jumping when you land on a ramp.
do you have 230 fps? if so that's definitely enough but i'd recommend setting the fps to 225 after a certain amount of fps it starts delaying your jumps, you can set the fps cap by using this github.com/pizzaboxer/bloxstrap if you can't figure out how to set the fps cap just let me know and I can help

@@9iotaZel you can do the flying glitch on any rounds but not on every maps, maps like silver mall dont work. For downed bhop it is possible to do it with medkit on a normal round or with the momentum that you get when you get ragdoll, its just easier on special rounds

Sliding while getting downed will put you into permanent sliding until you get revived and hit c or ctrl again. You'll only be able to use slide while downed if you're at a certain speed, whether that be during no sprint, speed round, or just getting enough speed while downed. It's a bit hard to avoid losing all your speed since you are sliding but if you just ramp as much as possible to keep your speed, you'll be fine.

Sliding while getting downed will put you into permanent sliding until you get revived and hit c or ctrl again. You'll only be able to use slide while downed if you're at a certain speed, whether that be during no sprint, speed round, or just getting enough speed while downed. It's a bit hard to avoid losing all your speed since you are sliding but if you just ramp as much as possible to keep your speed, you'll be fine.
