Lee is a hoarder, it has nothing to do with wheeling and dealing, there is something psychologically wrong with him to hoard like that. All the money Lee spends on stuff in England he could be using for their new Spanish life.

Not together anymore, they split up a long time ago and are now living back in Wales. There is rumour that Lee has been spotted house hunting in Spain with another woman but it's unlikely they ever bought anything - it's Lee we're talking about. No idea what they're up to now.
