Thank you for watching! Each day is really varied, some days I feel so grateful to have the freedom of being self employed and some days are hard and I want to run a mile from it all! The best thing about it for me is that there's no ceiling for where I can go with it and also I get to spend each day with Winnie 🥰

Shame the creme fraiche didn't work - I usually use that for a light sauce too. But I hadn't thought of using mascarpone instead, and it sounds rather nice - so I'm going to put that on my shopping list!! Winnie looked wonderful, as usual, and it was good to see what happens in the "engine room"!! 😅
Thank you! My husband made this dish last week with creme fraiche and it worked perfectly so it must have been the pan was too hot! Sauces with mascarpone are delicious!
I did try it, and it was nice (I also added chicken and bacon to mine!) - although I usually prefer it with either creme fraiche or a cheese sauce. I've had mine curdle with creme fraiche occasionally, but it still tasted okay, so maybe you just had a rogue tub of creme fraiche? 🤷♀@@mollylemonart
